I had the best bouquet of flowers with them. I went to their flower shop yesterday and requested for a random and beautiful bouquet for my mom. They granted my request and they made the most beautiful bouquet I ever saw in my life. I asked them to deliver it at my mom's later that evening, and they did! They came as time promised. These guys know how to value their customers well. Thanks!

DO NOT USE this florist if you want flowers delivered on time to a memorial service or any other important, time-specific event. I ordered flowers from Newport Florist for our friend's Memorial Service and they arrived too late to be brought into the church. Instead, the church coordinator took them directly to the reception hall. Not only were the flowers late, but the florist also did not answer any of our calls the morning of the service. After we arrived at the service, we called multiple times to find out where our flowers were. NO ONE answered the phone on a Saturday morning. It was all very distressing! My husband and I were one of three couples who ordered flowers from Newport Florist for the service, and all three arrangements arrived late. Monday morning following the service, I called to talk to the owner. The owner insisted that the flowers were delivered at 10:00 a.m. (The service started at 11:00.) The flowers actually​ arrived a few minutes before 11:00. She gave me a lot of pushback when I told her that the flowers were not delivered until close to the start of the service. I later learned that the delivery person was her husband, need I say more? After talking for a while, she finally agreed to give me a partial refund. I checked my credit card statement today and I see a $20 refund. Really???

This beautiful arrangement was sent to remember the anniversary of the death of a friend's daughter. It was perfect and brought some joy to an otherwise sad day. The base flowers were bright "grounding" loved ones left behind, the branch was extended to the heavens and the butterfly was leaving the confines of earth for the freedom of flight. Thank you!

I'm in the shop right now buying flowers for my cousin who just gave birth. I walked in at 5:04pm hoping it'd be open. I was greeted with a huge smile by the last person leaving. She had her purse ready to head out but literally dropped everything to help me. She made an arrangement from scratch. 5 stars all the way. The arrangement is so beautiful. Please come buy your flowers here ;))

Hands down Newport Florist is simply the best! I have been a loyal customer of Newport Florist since 2007. I enjoy the creativeness and the innovative style that Alex puts in each of the floral arrangements. I currently have a dozen pink roses on my desk at work from my husband. My husband was being romantic and surprised me with a delivery of roses and a card. The flowers were delivered in pristine fashion. I have currently ordered the "Golden Illuminations" which is a holiday centerpiece. I can't wait to have it delivered to my house this weekend. What I also love is that I never had to give direction to the florist. They are more than creative enough to create custom designs to meet anyone's expectations. Thank you Newport Florist for being the best in Orange County.
