I dont know What they want to do with my documents .

I'm really grateful for AAA. I called to find out if they could help me plan my cross country trip 2 Oklahoma from Washington. They prepared a triptik for me and provided me with maps of each state I was going through, as well tour books. This office only took one day to do all these things and because of my AAA card, there was no charge.

My wife and I had travel agent Molly Peterson help us plan and book our vacation going to Philadelphia Pa.,Amish country,Gettysburg,Mt.Vernon and all historical points in between,finally ending the journey in Washington D.C.She went out of her way to schedule the plane flights to our destinations with our time frame we had in mind and make sure that all hotels we stayed in were in close proximity to the museums and points of historical interest that we wanted to see in each of the cities we visited.Having super travel agent Molly help us plan and confirm all of the places that we visited made for a very enjoyable time that we will remember forever.Thank you again Molly!Gregg & Diana Wilson

I went in to the Vancouver store to pick up a paper map and tour guides for an upcoming trip to Hawaii's big island. Jenny is the one who assisted me. She was super sweet, friendly and helpful. The store has a good variety of travel books, hats, purses, compression socks, just all kinds of travel stuff. They also have a surprisingly large parking lot. I'm really glad I went in person instead of having the map and guide books mailed to me.

All AAA locations are fantastic. This one has friendly helpful staff and a large space full of travel items to buy. They handle a lot of cruise travel as well so if you are a member and want to cruise make sure you stop in.As a member from Oregon the only difference is that it seems to take my card longer to scan here than at the locations in Oregon. But a small thing.

We came into the store to update our AAA Roadside assistance, and noticed the travel agents there. We then sat down with Jennifer and she booked us a cruise for our honeymoon. The experience was great, she answered all our questions and went above and beyond to make sure we understood the whole process and what we needed to know while on the ship or ported in the cities. Their prices were the best we had found when searching the internet as well. We will definitely be booking our travel through AAA.

Called their Vancouver WA office and there was NO option to talk to an employee. Only an option to talk to random people in their call centers that are not in Vancouver WA. There is NO WAY to talk to a local AAA employee other than going to the office and hoping they can help. Terrible business move, its a slap in your customers face to not even want to talk to them over the phone. -2 stars.In addition, they offer different and degraded services (wont help with registration process) compared to AAA in California. They provide less services than AAA in California, despite having the same business name. Very misleading. -1 stars.

It is very handy to have AAA when you need them, but their members have seemed to have a hard time listening and relaying messages to their drivers lately. This is the second time now that I have specified directions as map quest isn't the best for our area. They have not relayed my directions to their drivers and they end up lost for 30+ minutes which ends up being a frustrating situation for the drivers and I.

I dont want to give any stars. Is appalled at the customer service I received today. I was a AAA member for 2 whole days. 2 days ago I was really excited to join AAA with my own membership, felt like a grown up thing to do as I just turned 30. I called today for my 1st tow and was treated horribly. The first lady I spoke with to set up my tow was very rude, I was told I had to either ride with my car or agree to follow the tow truck or the call would not be placed, even tho I stated the car was going to my brother in laws to be fixed, he was expecting it and would be home and provided his information, she finally stated that I would have to ask the driver, she asked me what my plate number was, I happened to be about 10 minutes away from the car and didnt know it off hand. She then told me she needed it before they started the call, I asked if she could please start the call since I would be there in 10 min and would call right back, I was told I had 10 minutes to get her the plate number or my service call would be canceled. I later found out my plate number wasnt even needed in the first place. After hearing nothing for over an hour (no text either) I called to check the status and was told there was a 2 hour delay, even tho I was told an hour originally so that my pick up time would be 3:34 at approx 3:40 I called yet again, this time the lady called and asked where the truck was, i was told the driver would be pulling in any minute, i said great and hung up. As soon as i hung up i got a text saying i wouldnt be picked up until 4:29, another 45min about. I called yet AGAIN and was told that the truck wouldnt be there until 4:29 even just minutes ago they were supposedly pulling in any minute. Because of this my car was NOT able to be fixed today and I have to go another week without a car. After speaking with a manager who didnt really seem to care or try to make it right in anyway I canceled my membership only to be told I have to wait until Friday for it to be processed. I dont understand how treating people this way is acceptable. The rudeness of that first lady was shocking, asking questions that she had no business. Was really excited to be a member and enjoy all these perks you always hear about but unfortunately I cant support a company who would treat a customer, a new members first call even, in this way. Shameful! Looks like Uber it is for a week.

Triple AAA are liars and false advertisers. I called and purshased the premium package. The woman on the phone was very helpful. I told her what I needed done. She said no problems. (First lie) I go to use it for the first time. Called, was informed they would only tow 14m and to a repair facility. It was a Sunday. No, that's not what I was informed when purchasing the premium package. I have yet to receive the welcome package. She informed me I need to read it. No, I haven't read it, haven't received it. We then went to a supervisor. She said the same thing. Fine refund my money, because you are not following what I was told. And don't take 3m to send it when you took it out if my account in 3min. Itll take 3 wks. Of course it will.Then I go and look at policy online.Unfortunately, I can't seem to get a screen shot of their premium section. First tow -200 miles2nd-4 tows 100miles. So why, could you only tow me 14miles.Triple AAA You lie.
