"My mother finally realized she needed help caring for my father. We talked with a friend who is in the care-giving business, and he recommended Always Best Care. In my first conversation with Bill, I knew we could work together. He came to the house, asked questions, made suggestions, listened to our wishes and set up appointments for visits. When we changed direction he found new places for us to visit.Bill and his wife came to the house again. She did an evaluation on my father and they explained the sequence of life's events we should expect, and helped fill out the vital paperwork. They also discussed the services Always Best Care could provide us. This included placement at a care facility or "in-home" care givers, full or part-time. They both stressed our decision on what to do must focus on my father's needs and the families' concerns. At no time was any pressure put on us to make a decision before we were ready. Once this decision was made, Bill was there with encouraging words, questioning concerns, and follow-up calls. Caring for a loved one is life consuming, placing that loved one in a care facility is heart wrenching. Bill and Always Best Care helped make this process a little easier. I whole-heartedly recommend Always Best Care.
