Product is cool. Mostly just about service. I pulled up and parked and sent the notification via text on dutchie saying that I was here. I watched 3 employees serve about 7 cars that pulled up after me, before they acknowledged my car. After waiting for about 25 minutes. I called and let them know that I was here. They blamed technical difficulties. But how did 3 people ignore my car completely for 25 minutes? They gave me one free pack of rolling papers tho. Yay.

Absolutely lovely service. I've been twice and both times we're taken care of fast and safely. I used their order online (ok at this point I literally got stung by a wasp while writing this review and I still had a great time) and both orders took 10-15 mins to be ready. Parking in back was easy, and they were right out to take your payment. They were all masked and gloved which is awesome. I think it was Brian who answered some of my questions and gave me a few recommendations, just a great dude. I highly recommend it and will be back, thanks!

Consistently offers deals on flower and wax for recreational. Things have really changed since the first day of adult use! On that day, I showed up, stood in line for 15 minutes, and walked away a purchaser of legal cannabis. A day to remember. I have done about 4 carryout orders, and all was great. Be sure to look through the online menu because there are good deals to be found!

I know we are under trying times right now, i called before i came to talk to someone there about concentrates and trying to find something KIND OF particular and basically was told, ughhhhh well we have all sorts of kinds i cant really give you any information about them because i dont know. If im spending 100 a gram on something it would be nice yo have a professional who knows what they're talking about to give me some pointers. Just my personal experience on this so hopefully others havr had better luck

My go to dispensary as a medical patient! Easy free parking, polite staff, good selection and deals. The flower can be kind of dry sometimes but it's still good product! Pat helped me out today with an admittedly complicated order and was super patient and helpful! Great team, great business

Wish I could give them 0 stars. I called to ask a question regarding their menu selection and instead of answering the question kindly, the woman told me I could go to their website to find out. I then told her that I wasn’t sure which menu was up to date as weedmaps, leafly and their websites menu were different. Which is why I called to ask if they had what I was looking for... to make my life easier... which is basic customer service. I didn’t ask where I could go look at what is on the menu. I asked whether they had a specific strain and was given the go around and the question wasn’t answered. Not to mention, whoever the woman was had a horrendously rude attitude. I will definitely never be buying from here all because my experience was cut short due to withholding of information, which by the way, is a power and control move. You simply could have told me whether the strain was on the menu or not. Now you’ve lost out on a lot of money and a loyal customer. Maybe you should consider hiring some new people to answer your phone lines cause one phone call made me RUN. Thanks but not really 🤷♀️

Staff was friendly but everything Was almost double the price. Very cheap pens. I bout one brand new for ninety five dollars and it didn’t work. I called within the first hr of buying it and was offered no compensation and was told that a refund was an impossibility. Felt ripped off and I will never return again. There are at least ten great dispensaries in the immediate area and I would warn against coming to this one.

NOT FIRST TIME CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. BEWARE! DECEPTIVE AND CONDESCENDING!We received CBD gummies and should’ve been given normal ones. We were first time customers and called the store for a recommendation. We went to their website and ordered what they recommended. When we went to pick it up I pulled out the bottle and it was CBD gummies instead of normal ones. They didn’t have even have the recommended gummies on the site correctly. I immediately informed an employees of the situation. He told me that there were no refunds or exchanges. He then gave me 2 real ($4) gummies for free. The worthless bottle we just received was purchased for ($65). I would explore anyone thinking about this for “the first time in a long while” to go to a different, more professional store in AA. There are a ton to choose from now. Shop around!

I love them so much. The staff! I don’t know all of your names but the lady with dark hair, you are the best! I love the gentleman with the longer blonde hair as well as another gentleman that does curbside. I just love you all and I love tipping you. You have made my life so much better in the past 4 months. I have lost 3 people to cancer and this has helped a lot with my depression and grief. So thank you. 😍😘 I’ve been to dispensaries in CO, NV, CA etc but you guys are just so kind! I don’t even want to fly to Cali for a break! Lol.

I wasn’t expecting much coming to my first recreational dispensary. I was extremely surprised I found they actually have real, tested, quality. (They don’t make you sign a sketchy waiver saying basically I’ll smoke anything you sell me how they do in Detroit...) so yea it’s expensive given the 4 stars but other than that 10/10 for this place. Staff is friendly and insightful as well.
