Wish I could give them 0 stars. I called to ask a question regarding their menu selection and instead of answering the question kindly, the woman told me I could go to their website to find out. I then told her that I wasn’t sure which menu was up to date as weedmaps, leafly and their websites menu were different. Which is why I called to ask if they had what I was looking for... to make my life easier... which is basic customer service. I didn’t ask where I could go look at what is on the menu. I asked whether they had a specific strain and was given the go around and the question wasn’t answered. Not to mention, whoever the woman was had a horrendously rude attitude. I will definitely never be buying from here all because my experience was cut short due to withholding of information, which by the way, is a power and control move. You simply could have told me whether the strain was on the menu or not. Now you’ve lost out on a lot of money and a loyal customer. Maybe you should consider hiring some new people to answer your phone lines cause one phone call made me RUN. Thanks but not really 🤷♀️
