Feedback:

I have received fraudulent emails from companies posing as Arlo. Customer service is horrible- they did absolutely nothing to protect my data. It is impossible to get Arlo headquarters on the phone. My cameras are triggered and record for no reason and drain the battery. When there is actually something legit to record, they cut off in the middle of the activity. Customer service will say to lower sensitivity setting. This is not the problem. The problem is the product is Terrible and customer service is worse. Don
