I had a Cervical Surgery on Feb and my Ortho Doctor requested service to ck on me at home for few weeks but One Call Medical sent me with this place that it is the WORSE HOME MEDICAL CARE !!!! They sent me a supposedly a Nurse to ask question and check that I am ok and continue the visit a home after her notes. BUT THIS NURSE CALLED MAREILA ELGHAZI from DESTINY HOME HEALTH IN MORENO VALLEY is a fraud and changing all information provided at my home in Temecula just because she wanted it and want to write wherever she think or forgot, because when I asked why she doesn't write everything right there, she said I WILL DO IT AT HOME NOT NOW. She stated that I got medicine from Mexico instead taking my medicine from my doctors WHEN THIS IS NOT TRUE!!!!! She noted that due to financial reasons per patient I am not taking and get it from friend in Mexico. WHEN THE ONLY MEDICINE WAS FROM MEXICO AND IT IS THE SAME IN UNITED STATE IS MY BLOOD THINNERS, USA PRICE IS $400 AND IN MEXICO IS $82, SHE SAID THAT I AM TAKING THIS INSTEAD OTHER MEDICINE THAT WAS GIVING IN MY STAY IN THE HOSPITAL AFTER THE SURGERY. MY BLOOD THINNER IT IS BY MY CARDIOLOGY IN USA AND NEVER CHANGED IT TO THIS MEDICINE, WHEN I MUST TAKE IT TO AVOID HEART ATTACK, STROCK, ETC... SHE NOTED ON HER REPORT THAT WAS SENT TO MY ORTHO DOCTOR, THAT I REFUSING TO TAKE MY MEDICINE AND GET IT FROM MEXICO!!! THIS IS A TOTALLY A FRAUD INFORMATION. She got mad at me just because I ask for her ID and took a picture of her ID, as well I asked to protect my personal information when she said will release it at Social Security and Medical, I asked keep it safe and never was AFRAID TO REVEAL ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION because this is what she wrote on my report and sent it to my Doctor in Escondido when all this is not right! Called to Nurse supervisor called LEAH and Administrator Assistance SARA GOWER and both says .... THEY TRUST IN HER AND SHE AND WILL LISTEN TO HER SIDE. We were not there and we trust in her job, I asked to investigate and open a complain, but I can't trust them even then I explained word by word they are covering their mistakes and Margila Elghazi back, this place is not good for people in need after surgery or to obtain a home care help ... As I told these 2 ladies, she did it to me, she will do it to other patient and they don't even know what is is writing of her report, because she said will do it when go home. DON'T USE THIS SERVICE, BECAUSE IF THEY COVER THAT NURSE BACK, IT IS BECAUSE THE DO FRAUD AND LIED ON THE PATIENT INFORMATION. My 2nd Nurse is nicer and polite as well she is professional, I am ok with her service, but after got her report that was not released to me, NOONE CAN TRUST THIS DESTINY HOME HEALTH AGENCY FROM MORENO VALLEY, hope the patient are safe there and don't do something like I am going through now. Now my Ortho Doctor was very upset with me because of MAREILA ELGHAZI, NURSE OR SOCIAL WORKER FROM THIS PLACE, I GIVE " 1 " STAR for DESTINY HOME HEALTH CARE IN MORENO VALLEY.
