Worst customer service ever and they weren't even busy! I usually love coming here because the associates are friendly and very helpful. Now all of their workers don't even want to look at you. One man needed help and the store associate pointed from afar. When the customer asked for clarification again, he did the same thing. Very lazy! When he saw the customer getting angry then he decided to actually give him some service. Horrible place, take the drive to apple valley!

I made an appointment for services only for them to call me days later saying that they can't help me and just to call. I had to simply pay for the insurance on my replacement phone since I have geek Squad insurance. Hopefully they get it together. Online orders have been canceling without warning as inventory goes in and out of stock. There is an average 1 hr wait time to reach a best buy rep but thankfully they have a callback service. Skip the store and do everything online is this stores new moto.

I bought a Kindle HD Fire 10 and needed a longer charger cord for it. I called and got Allen on the phone. He put me on hold for about 30 seconds and came back with the correct sku so I could order it for curbside pick-up. Allen is a really nice helpful guy. I appreciate him and how fast I got my Kindle and charger cord. Thank you Allen.

The first technician was not very helpful. I asked for a particular item and she said over there by the yellow sign. I searched for the item and couldn't find it. I called my husband and said ask someone else because I saw it online and it said it was on the store. So I asked a second person and gave him the information and he found it on line. He walked through the store with me to found the item and we did. I was very happy with his kindness and patience with me. Truly he was into Customer Service. "Thank you Mark".

Getting an upgrade or a new phone can be really challenging and at times frustrating. All the different plans and options almost makes you just walk out the door. We were there, fortunately there was a young lady that just took the time to help and really listen. It made a huge difference, she didn't give us anymore than the guy in charge but her demeanor and patience turned a negative experience into something we could live with. Customer Service is so crucial in retaining customers, the competition is tough enough without having staff push people out.

We visited during the week before Christmas. 😆 It was busy as you can imagine. Sales Associates were busy but took the time to answer our questions.😇 They were well versed in the products and if they couldn't answer our question, they found someone who could. 🤓 We didn't feel rushed and was given all the time we needed to check out the various offerings of the product we wanted. We did purchase what we went in to shop for there.😁We had been to various stores and none were as helpful and knowledgeable as the crew at Best Buy.😊🎉🎊

This is actually one of the better bestbuys I have been to, customer service wise. They aren't very snobby like they know more than you. They offer help and if you don't need it. They aren't pushy . As far as products they have a decent selection. I've been to others that have a lot more and have little items that might be hard to find at other locations.

It is a typical electronic appliance store! They have a different variety of electronic inventory, to choose from.The choices range from laptops to washing machines. At the same time, these items, at least in this store, are fairly priced. I have been here several times, while visiting my family in High Desert. I would usually go here to purchase Christmas, or Birthday, gifts to my family members. Of course, the prices are quite fair. Usually, I would purchase movies, or video and computer games. This store is conveniently located, near the Mall of Victor Valley!

Unfortunately we didn't know that we needed an appointment to bring our computer into the Geek Squad. Because the laptop is used for business purposes we really needed it done ASAP and the next appointment they had was during a doctor's appointment. We went to the Victorville store because they seem to have a better knowledge of computers then the Apple Valley store but now we'll try and see if we can get an appointment at either one ASAP. Best Buy is hit or miss with me. Sometimes the employees go out of their way to help you and other times it seems like they're just standing around collecting their paychecks. In my opinion, their customer service has gone down from what it used to be. I used to shop there quite often but not so much anymore. With the now-defunct RadioShack they really are the best place for electronics and accessories.

It is a typical Best Buy! It has a lot of new items. These items include television sets, home media players, gaming consoles, video games, DVDs, and other appliances. The staff inside was polite. The place was clean. There were no lines, when I came to shop. Furthermore, at this Best Buy, I have purchased some Christmas gifts to my relatives. This specific Best Buy is conveniently located in the mall area. So, I would recommend a visit to this store.
