Getting an upgrade or a new phone can be really challenging and at times frustrating. All the different plans and options almost makes you just walk out the door. We were there, fortunately there was a young lady that just took the time to help and really listen. It made a huge difference, she didn't give us anymore than the guy in charge but her demeanor and patience turned a negative experience into something we could live with. Customer Service is so crucial in retaining customers, the competition is tough enough without having staff push people out.
