Overall Feedback:
Exceptionally poor driver attitude, very long waits to "hop on" bus, claims to stop at places they don't (ex: China Town), recorded tour audio headsets & equipment so bad we couldn't understand any of it, what we could was exhausting to listen to due to insanely repetitive drum beats, etc, etc, etc. We did encounter one guy with a good attitude which was a shock given the overall quality of the company. Some folks have had good experiences with this company - I'm assuming they had very low expectations and got a lucky roll of the dice on equipment & people.
