They don't give good recommendations based on the needs of the costumer. All the times I've gone there they have no inventory even though they have a full menu slide show on their screens. They don't... more

Blums once was my go to spot. Not anymore. Their prices have gotten a bit much in my opinion. Especially in comparison with the other surrounding clubs. Customer service is ok could be better. Ex. I’m standing in line, the cashier would be having a conversation with each other and not see you waiting... and I would have to say, ‘hello’ in order for them to call me to the counter. That has happen more then once. I’m not sure if the owners have changed, but the only time I shop here is when it is a last result. And that is unfortunate. I once loved this spot.

Another club that used to be great, then went downhill. Over the years they've had their ups and downs but now that CA has legalized adult use it is just a money grab taking advantage of the cannabis community. They had, in the past, some of the most affordable, high and mid level cannabis products around. No more. And their staff has, in my opinion, gotten less helpful and friendlySo I decided to try Blum again and instantly regretted it. They advertise products online but do not actually have said products in the store. Places like this are why the black market is thriving. It's really a shame that I can trust a stranger on the corner more than a brick and mortar shop to actually sell me what they say they will.

Was my go-to dispensary until my last two visits.The second to last time, I did not get my 20% veterans discount. I forgot, they didn't enter it into the system when I checked in, and I didn't catch it until later. I let it slide because I felt I shared part of the blame for not making sure.The last visit, and so far my final one, the same young woman sold me a Sherbinski cartridge. What she didn't know or forgot to tell me was those cartridges take their own special Sherbinski battery. I didn't realize any of this until I discovered my cartridge wouldn't work. So I was stuck with a $60 cartridge I can't use, unless I pay for another battery. Suffice it to say I know now why the dispensary insists you keep your receipt.Otherwise, try to go during off hours. Even when there's a line the budtenders and customers feel no need to hurry. I prefer to go somewhere where your time and money is respected.

I am not really one to write a negative review but my recent store experience was horrible. I was there to purchase some balm for my shoulder pain, and the staff was less than helpful. I asked him what is the difference between the different products offered and he couldn't really give me an answer. Then when he rang me up, the barcode didn't scan so he went to the drawer and grab another box and scanned that one. I noticed the price was higher than what I expected, and told him the wrong price was charged, but he claimed it's because of the taxes. When I got home, I looked at my receipt closely and checked the online price, he did charged me for the wrong price. Apparently the box he grabbed from the drawer was a totally different product. I called Blum right away, and the staff on the phone told me I can come in and they can refund me the difference. When I got back to the store, I explained to the staff what happened, she asked if I received the right product. I told her they charged me the wrong product on the receipt and I needed a price adjustment. She went to the back to grab somebody (I'm assuming he's the on duty manager) and he was obnoxiously rude. He tried to tell me the two products are the same price and he doesn't know why I even bothered coming in. I told him they are not the same price, so he tried to scan the products to prove me wrong. Obviously, the two products had $10 difference in price. Then he tried to tell me my refund would only be $8. I told him that's impossible because $10+tax is not $8. He then ignorantly said because I have a 10% discount and that's what the computer said and the computer is right. I asked him how he calculated the difference, and of course he didn't calculated it correctly, and was annoyed that he was wrong, and unwillingly gave me my $12 refund. He didn't even both to apologize one time during the whole transaction. Worst customer service ever. I will never spend my money at this store again after today!

Came to this place around 8pm to get my adult ASD son 1:1 tincture because he had told me that he had ran out only an hour. They had it in stock and for a reasonable price. The 1:1 CBD/THC has been a miracle med for him.

Meh🤷🏽♂️ always long line and overpriced tree..I've been going to Blum since I lived in Reno and I used to have good experiences but this Oakland one is jus just ran different I guess. If you're looking for a deal for ok tree go to lit Oakland if u have wheels go all the way to chai in castroville they have deals every day and great products especially the flower.. happy smoking

They don't give alternative options or let you buy less grams and always try to push products instead on considering the need of people who actually need them for medicinal purposes. I haven't found a "bud tender" that is knowledgeable. I always have to rely on Leafy or other websites to know exactly what they are offering.

Just that, ok. could be better, but what do I know?? Here’s the bad taste in my mouth... ❌The prices are high, DO NOT include tax, and the area is kinda sketchy. ❌Not to mention the live rep advertisement for brands...Ads ads ads...🤦🏻♂️🛑✅However, they accept VISA only, ❌BUT there is a $2 or so charge, AAAAND your bank❌ “MAY charge a small out of network fee” for your purchase (which is what the text message sent to me said after my purchase). Just bring cash.
