We specifically asked for non flavored oil cartridges and were sold flavored oil cartridges. Took one hit and brought them back immediately. The manager told us that he didn’t believe that his bud tender would sell us a flavored cartridge when we had asked for unflavored and wouldn’t exchange them. Granted, he did offer to allow us to purchase cartridges at buy one get one half off....which was a nice offer but after spending $120 on product we didn’t even use, it wasn’t enough. We had been loyal customers there since we moved to Reno and it was a bummer being labelled a liar.
