We specifically asked for non flavored oil cartridges and were sold flavored oil cartridges. Took one hit and brought them back immediately. The manager told us that he didn’t believe that his bud tender would sell us a flavored cartridge when we had asked for unflavored and wouldn’t exchange them. Granted, he did offer to allow us to purchase cartridges at buy one get one half off....which was a nice offer but after spending $120 on product we didn’t even use, it wasn’t enough. We had been loyal customers there since we moved to Reno and it was a bummer being labelled a liar.

I placed an online order on 3/27/20. Delivery was promised between 7-10. Received a VM at 10:45 saying the delivery wasn't going to happen. I placed an order online the next day. Supposed to be here between 12-3. Not even a phone call.

I placed the order about noon time Saturday the 28th Received a text stating they received my order they gave me a time between 3 and 6 PM it is now Sunday received a 8am text saying you’re reservation with Bloom is on its way. It’s now 1 PM and still received nothing or when it will be delivered nobody will respond or answer telephones

Do not ever use Blum if you are planning on ordering online. I have placed 3 orders in the last 24 hours, none of them were filled. No contact letting me know I wasn’t getting my order or anything. Don’t bother trying to call them either, they do not answer their phone. This is a joke of a dispensary and I will never order from them again.

This Dispensary is Top Notch! They have the best deals, prices, amazing staff, and cleanest location! Kevin had told me about todays specials along with providing future sale dates. Brian was able to steer me in the right direction by showing me the best strains that also had the best terpenes! Would recommend this dispensary to all my friends and family.

Great place with amazing selection and helpful staff! They have great daily deals as well as loyalty deals, I went in once I they told me I had a free $1.00 preroll and if I wanted it now or to save it for later. What a great time we live in! And they take CC with no additional fees!

These folks are incredibly personable and very knowledgeable in their product. I have never had a bad experience. I've had to wait upwards of 20 minutes but that's was during happy hour (4:20-7:00pm) a day before the 420 "observance". They often have daily specials and they have a great loyalty program.Product is awesome, even all the way down to the discount flower gram prerolls. Their prices are excellent too.Make sure you bring (recycle) your mandatory Blüm carry out bag to save $0.50 every time.

As an old "head" from the east coast I have thoroughly enjoyed my exploration of the dispensaries in Reno during my short stay. Blum was the last of 4 I was visiting and probably my favorite. While smaller than the rest, the staff were more relaxed and the conversation flowed like we were old friends. I left spending more than I planned, but feel I got great product and can't wait for legislators in PA to wake up to the benefits of rec marijuana usage. In the meantime, I'll definitely remember my visit fondly. Toke on my friends ✌

This is hands down the best dispensary in Northern Nevada! I only visit Blüm and have been since they opened! Nothing but great deals on products I truly love! Staff is always friendly which keeps me coming back. Thanks blüm! <3
