I will never shop at this Terrapin ever again, the glorified security guard is extremely rude and consumed with his cell phone. Long waits outside under a tent while others are allowed to shop in the store. There is no direction when picking between two lines to stand in outside, door man just says “blue line”. Terrapin has lost my business.

I have been coming to the dispensary for over a year now. Their product is always good and they are always kind and friendly. I went in today to exchange a cartridge I bought that eventually broke and I was really nervous that they were going to give me a hard time because the cartridge was 2/3 gone. Without a question they replaced my cartridge and they didn’t give me a hard time. I really appreciate you guys!

Walked in at 8am and walked right out before 8:01, first time there and last time for sure. I live here in Denver but still have out of state ID due to not having my birth certificate yet, anyway i walk in and go right to the reward pad to enter my number and i start to hear someone at the window and apparently they need my ID before that as well. Then she started to ask me if the ID i handed her was in fact my ID? Really? So just for fun Im gonna come back with another ID and go from there.Response to your reply, Bottom line is that is not a state law to ask a question like that and all of my info is on my ID, whole point of a ID is proof of identification and have never ever been asked such a strange question before at any of the dispensaries ive been to. And ive been to many dispensaries many of times.

Pretty disappointed. I've been going here for years, and enjoy the quality of their products for the price. I bought a distillate syringe that wouldn't push any product out, no matter how hard I pushed. It ended up exploding on me. I went back to see if I could get a new one, or my money back. All they could offer me was a discount on my next purchase. I understand they can't exchange certain products, but I'm still extremely dissapointed. I spent $40 on a product that doesn't even work. I can't get any product out of it, and it's pretty upsetting that I wasted my money. Don't even know if I care to go back for a discounted product, since the one I bought, I can't get anything out of.

This place occasionally has good deals. I've just gotten a lot of bad concentrates here, enough that I'm definitely not going back, it's just not worth it. On 7/10 I got their deal on 8 grams and four of them I can't even choke down, I still have a lot left because I keep buying and smoking other stuff first. It's black and hurts and this isn't the first time. I thought maybe it was just dark, sometimes color isn't a complete indicator. Be wary.

Great product but extremely cocky, rude staff, and very unprofessional. The so called "bud tender" which I'm still laughing about this joke of a title, actually expected a tip after she threatened to kick me out for talking about some part of the law? I cannot believe this granola waste of space expected a tip from me for buying something taxed at 26%. They rush you, very aggressive and just arrogant people! I think they get frustrated when people don't hurry. They rely on tourist then make fun of them? Make sure you take your business to another dispensary where people are respectful and cordial!!!!

I’m sitting here in the waiting room waiting for the police. To verify my REAL ID and my girlfriends REAL ID. We shop here every week and now we’re being treated like criminals. Worst dispensary experience ever. I will never return. I’ve done nothing wrongIf you can’t tell the difference between a real and fake ID then you shouldnt be working the front door at a dispensary.UPDATE(Response to the owner) I understand that in your industry, you must be very cautious and nothing is more important than keeping controlled substances away from kids. however with that being said there is no reason somebody should have there ID withheld from them, unless you know its fake. if its fake, by all means confiscate it. but if the guy at the front can't tell the difference between a real and a fake then maybe he shouldn't be harassing customers. before this incident I went in a few times a week. now my favorite dispensary is WOLFPACK dispensary at 74 federal boulovard. Wolfpack has great prices great product and most important of all they have good friendly service

Turned away a customer ready to purchase their full daily limit because my perfectly valid ID has a knick on the side. Been accepted at several other dispos in town, including right after this. Said "even a tiny dent makes it invalid".Apparently they only deal with people who get so high they have to replace their IDs every two months. Its less than a year old and in fine condition.

Everyone is super cool and the prices are great, not to mention the neighborhood discount.Edit: For some reason they got rid of the neighborhood discount. Reduced to 3 stars because there really isn't anything that sets it apart from the other shops in the neighborhood anymore. Not the best shop but you certainly won't be disappointed.

1962 called. It wants it’s weed back. The highest THC % they had was 16%. Total joke. It’s crazy too because the Terrapin in Aurora is exactly the opposite. I will never return. Total waste of time and money.
