Recently stopped by to get some flower and give this dispensary a chance. I wont Be back. I’m always super nice when Im buying weed. I appreciate This industry so much and all the great bud tenders that are so helpful and kind. The guy that helped me was so unfriendly. I was the ONLY person in line, and asked him what great strains he recommended. I usually buy an indica and sativa. He recommended GMO cookies for indica which I’m not a huge fan of. I very Politely asked what else was good because gmo isn’t my favorite. He got all huffy puffy and told me that he already suggested one thing and was annoyed that I didnt Want what he suggested. I told him I’d be right back and I left. I SHOULD have toldHim that Im sorry but I can’t support businesses that are rude to customers when there are other dispensaries that appreciate The business more. I wont Be back. The whole encounter was less than 5 minutes. He should teach a class on “how to lose a customer in less than 5 minutes”

I wish I would’ve got the name of the employee who helped us so I could mention him because he was extremely helpful. We stopped in while in Portland for the weekend, and the employee helped us get exactly what we needed. The place is clean and organized, and they have an ATM near the door so it’s easy to grab cash. Great little dispensary.

Wasn't impressed with the product quality, service, or really anything at this shop. I'm surprised it stays open in what I'd expect to be the most quality cannabis demanding neighborhood of Portland. Nothing was bad here but nothing was over the top or pleasing. We're in Oregon - this place doesn't measure up to what we should expect. They need higher product standards, more staff to handle the customer volume, and better hiring discrepancies to find helpful, knowledgeable staff.

Awesome place and cool people! I love that there is a different daily deal every day AND discounts like early bird and happy hour. They have a rewards program as well. This place has everything you need and more. Seems like there is always something new to try. Also check out the glass they sell there! There is some sweet deals that would surprise you. Anyway 10/10 or whateva. Love this place! 😍😍❤️📍

I stopped in with my colleague who has been struggling with sleep as she transitions into retirement. Because I only had Canadian ID and she didn’t have hers on her they wouldn’t even speak to us. I understand policy but there is no reason to be rude. She asked a simple question about products for sleep and he just kept posturing in a military style. “Return with a passport and I’ll answer your questions” He also ignored her question about whether or not her American ID would be sufficient. I’m sure their products are listed online so calm down... she wants to know if it’s worth coming back. 0 customer service/people skills. Happily supporting another dispensary.

Awesome experience at brothers. Excellent customer service, great prices and awesome deals, best quality, and very knowledgeable about their products. It’s cool to have so much varieties of products but to know what exactly you’re buying and what you’re looking for, for me is awesome, and then on top of that you get a great deal. Most of the time all these deals are so great I can’t make up my mind every time. But yes I would definitely recommend brothers to everyone. Come try out some top quality weed with awesome people and awesome deals on so many products to chose from.

The BEST dispensary hands down! High quality flower with wide a selection at a reasonable price with taxes that are already included! Great customer service who are all very knowledgeable about their products! They always have something new! I would highly recommend Brothers to anyone who wants quality products at an unbeatable price!

It's unfortunate that those with privilege, who have been able to break into the industry no longer care about customers. I dropped in yesterday and was treated in a very rude manner by the person behind the counter. It was like I had interrupted her day and she didn't have time. Sad as I spent 200.00 last week which will be my last time ever. The folks down the road close to New Seasons are friendly, attentive and seem to remember that customers make it all possible! You have any options.

I literally drive from Vancouver, WA to visit the awesome people at Brothers. They are always so warm and welcoming :-) They take the time to educate people about their products, and offer an impressive list of products in all price ranges. The location is even more perfect! Conveniently sits right next door to Mary Janes House of Glass and a variety of awesome places to get your munchie on!

Customer service simply does not exist here. I have spent at least a few hundred dollars in this place considering I lived off of division for almost a year, and just moved back. Today I went in and the employees just look uninterested. The whole point of a weed shop is to have a good experience with chill people. That’s the environment people want. I had an issue with their ATM, and when I told them they simply ignored me. I went BACK IN today still! When I did, no eye contact, no thanks, no have a good day, no recommendations, no effort. They don’t even give you the required paper that every other store does (by law) but that’s not a big deal to me. What bothers me is that the people spending their money in this store most often seem to be working class people. Why take people’s hard earned cash just to already give them very skimpy Pre-rolls AND have a bad attitude? I’m not one to complain about “service” unless it’s outright bad. There are lots of people, including myself, who can’t break into the cannabis industry because of the extremely complicated OLCC. Too bad so many jobs are taken by people who don’t even want to be there.They make your order in the back, so you can’t actually see what you got until after you leave. The quality and selection is pretty low compared to most stores in Portland. The one guy at the door is usually super nice, but I haven’t seen him lately. That’s about it.
