Customer service simply does not exist here. I have spent at least a few hundred dollars in this place considering I lived off of division for almost a year, and just moved back. Today I went in and the employees just look uninterested. The whole point of a weed shop is to have a good experience with chill people. That’s the environment people want. I had an issue with their ATM, and when I told them they simply ignored me. I went BACK IN today still! When I did, no eye contact, no thanks, no have a good day, no recommendations, no effort. They don’t even give you the required paper that every other store does (by law) but that’s not a big deal to me. What bothers me is that the people spending their money in this store most often seem to be working class people. Why take people’s hard earned cash just to already give them very skimpy Pre-rolls AND have a bad attitude? I’m not one to complain about “service” unless it’s outright bad. There are lots of people, including myself, who can’t break into the cannabis industry because of the extremely complicated OLCC. Too bad so many jobs are taken by people who don’t even want to be there.They make your order in the back, so you can’t actually see what you got until after you leave. The quality and selection is pretty low compared to most stores in Portland. The one guy at the door is usually super nice, but I haven’t seen him lately. That’s about it.
