Edit: After talking with the night manager, I understand now why they could not refund me. I will go back to this shop in the future. They have great strains for affordable prices. They took my money, curbside pick up due to covid and brought me back bammer weed. When I asked for a refund they told me that they couldn't give me a refund. Never going back.

Terrible service. They play favorites in this place, i call ahead of time place my order so its ready to go when i get there, i show up before 3 other people, and i get attented to last and the dude John saw me pull up first. I do not want to associate with a company that plays favorites, its 2020 theres no room for that in the world anymore. They completely lost my business forever.

Very nice people I went in looking for an item that they didn't carry and the lady behind the counter offered to call around and find it for me. She made a couple phone calls and did find what I was looking for which saved me a ton of time 🤗 very helpful people will definitely be going back for purchases and highly recommend this place to all

These guys are awesome! Always so friendly and welcoming. They have great prices and a good sized inventory. Not the biggest selection, but they do well for themselves for a small town pot shop. Every time I’m in the area, I always stop in and grab some good green. Keep up the awesome work and remember, lavender is life so always keep it in stock. ❤️

“Sometimes you wanna go where everybody knows your name-And they’re always glad you came!” ...Like the “Cheers” theme-song, a good weed shop should always make you feel glad to be there, and Bud Commander has welcomed us with open arms since our very first visit! We just love this place! The budtenders and shop owners go out of their way to get to know you, and they treat all of their customers like one big family. We’ve always come out of their doors with a bag of goodies and a couple of big smiles! These guys carry a solid selection of good cannabis at competitive prices. (They even carry some of our favorite cannabis brands that can be hard for us to find in Thurston county!) Their store layout is great, with a separation of space that allows for the budtenders to give individual attention to their customers. Their products are displayed in a way that allows you to buy what you see, or choose from other selections. You’re never rushed or made to feel dumb for asking questions. These guys know their products, make excellent recommendations, and love to talk about cannabis. What more could you want from a weed shop? Seriously, if you wanna go back to the old school, go to Bud Commander. These guys will definitely take care of you!! 👊😎

Boutique is probably the perfect word to describe BC. It's smaller than other shops and has "less" selection, but they don't need more than what they have, it's a PERFECT selection of bud. Some reviewers have commented on the prices being high and while their prices can be higher than other locations overall, it's actually cheaper when I compare prices for the exact same product sold by other stores, often $5-$7 an eighth cheaper. I highly recommend the Hometown Herb, Hank's Dank, and Seatle Sensi products. I also love that they carry super local product, like, down to Tumwater local. I'm also willing to spend a little more overall to get some unique product and while I mostly buy eighths, I like sampling with their great selections of grams, which they often have deals on anyway.On Fridays they do HIGHlights when they promote a particular brand and give a sweet discount on it- i.e. $10-$15 off an eighth is typically what I've seen. They also do afternoon happy hour and have a good loyalty program for 25% off after 11 visits and you can get texts about any other promos they're running, which I appreciate.This place also maintains a wonderful mom and pop feel (I love the window art and murals, so cute) and I really like the cheerful, knowledgeable, and straightfoward budtenders who are happy to talk shop and answer all of my questions. You also can't beat the Cannabis Culture Corner location either, with their Moore Hemp Co. adjoining and kind of kitty corner is a Mary Jane's House of Glass store with all of your glass and accessory needs.Anyway, I know I sound like a shill, but I'm not! I truly love Bud Commander and want to give them the props they deserve. Thank you to the owners and staff for being there, being kind, and having bud to truly love.

Very very helpful! I had a issue with my dogs spine so I was looking for some CBD oil for him they were so helpful and even had some good tips. I recommend this business to everyone.Issues having to do with pot they are also very factual and helpful. Thanks buds!

I really think this place is consistently great, and have had some especially awesome experiences. The selection is certainly not as good as some competitors in the greater area, but they always have a good core variety to choose from. One night I was walking up just a minute before closing time, and the person working the front counter held the door open for me, that really made an impression. Thanks for being here!

Great staff, very friendly and knowledgeable on the product you purchase, I live across the street so super convenient, dirty white girl is my top 3 and the prizes are actually great. True story: I never went to buy bud from the stores cause they were so expensive but Bud Commander changed my mind cause now I can get quality @ affordable prices

I live across the street and am severely sick with nausea and ulcers. Ive tried 6 times to come and have a good experience here. I so desperately want to like them and make them my go to shop, the owner seems really nice in person but thats where it ends. None of the experiences left me happy the most recent was the worst. Walked in and and asked to see their wax selection. The employee continued to ignor me after a second attempt to get his attention(he was stocking product 1 foot away from me in a display case) when he finally turned his head at me he said "What". I tried to explain to him my situation and asked what was his least expensive wax. He said "30" without turning his head. I asked if they had any half grams for cheaper im quite ill and want to avoid the ER. HE RUDELY CONDICENDINGLY said WE DONT DEAL WITH HALF GRAMS! we only do whole grams as if it were superior somehow. Taken back, I asked if I could look at the whole gram for 30, which he promptly decided to grab of the shelf and throw the gram at me (not directly at me but a toss that youd expect from a moody child) all while still kneeling still not paying attention to his customer. I cannot afford spending $30+ on a gram of oil every two days and a lot of people are in that same boat with me. They have never had anything less than that even When their competitors have the SAME PRODUCT for $20. I come in sick everytime and they never seem to care about the illnes, which their "job" is centered around. Either you have money for them or they don't care. Thats not what Marijuana is about. BAD PEOPLE RUINING THE MARIJUANA INDUSTRY FOR ACTUAL SICK PEOPLE!
