Boutique is probably the perfect word to describe BC. It's smaller than other shops and has "less" selection, but they don't need more than what they have, it's a PERFECT selection of bud. Some reviewers have commented on the prices being high and while their prices can be higher than other locations overall, it's actually cheaper when I compare prices for the exact same product sold by other stores, often $5-$7 an eighth cheaper. I highly recommend the Hometown Herb, Hank's Dank, and Seatle Sensi products. I also love that they carry super local product, like, down to Tumwater local. I'm also willing to spend a little more overall to get some unique product and while I mostly buy eighths, I like sampling with their great selections of grams, which they often have deals on anyway.On Fridays they do HIGHlights when they promote a particular brand and give a sweet discount on it- i.e. $10-$15 off an eighth is typically what I've seen. They also do afternoon happy hour and have a good loyalty program for 25% off after 11 visits and you can get texts about any other promos they're running, which I appreciate.This place also maintains a wonderful mom and pop feel (I love the window art and murals, so cute) and I really like the cheerful, knowledgeable, and straightfoward budtenders who are happy to talk shop and answer all of my questions. You also can't beat the Cannabis Culture Corner location either, with their Moore Hemp Co. adjoining and kind of kitty corner is a Mary Jane's House of Glass store with all of your glass and accessory needs.Anyway, I know I sound like a shill, but I'm not! I truly love Bud Commander and want to give them the props they deserve. Thank you to the owners and staff for being there, being kind, and having bud to truly love.
