Rosalinda has terrible customer service and overall attitude. I come in here all the time and have never dealt with such an unhappy, rude person. Someone doesn’t seem to like their job very much! I simply couldn’t see my pump number and stepped to the side to look and when I did she took the next guest and when I asked why she did that she said “ you’re supposed to know your pump number” Negative 5 stars!!! I wish I could speak to someone higher up about this

I was at Bad Buds today because they usually have lower gas prices. Their pay at the pump service was not available so I went inside to leave my credit card while I filled up. Most gas stations will you come back in and run one’s credit card to pay for the fill- up. For some inexplicable reason I could not leave my credit card with them at the counter. I was told I would have to authorize an amount to the card before the staff would allow me to my credit card. Then they would not let me leave the card to fill up. It became so complicated I left and filled up at Costco gas- and saved a bundle.

I don't even want to give them 1star they deserve no stars because when I was there me and my daughter wanted to get some food and they walked right past us several times and didn't even assist us because we were black and they were white. I will not be going back to that location ever again I felt very disrespected and offended by their prejudice and discriminating actions.

Decent coffee but $10.50 for a pack of Camels is what I'd expect to pay in Fish Camp or out in the middle of nowhere; needless to say I passed. Also passed on the $1.99 for a regular size candy bar. I heard their fried chicken is to die for, but I'm not sure if I'm returning just due to their mark-up on items. It's obvious how they make up for the budget priced gas. VERY clean store and employees are VERY friendly as well. It's the prices that drove me away with only a cup of coffee. Attn: Management. If you lower the prices please let me know here and I will come back in and maybe try some of that chicken everyone talks about. I'm fair and HATE to review bomb a local business so please change.

(JULY) Great *EXCEPT* THE RESTROOM DOOR IS ALL BUT IMPOSSIBLE TO PUSH OR PULL GETTING IN AND OUT ... IT'S TOO HEAVY!!!!! I am a strong person, Wheelchair user and NEVER found a more difficult& almost impossible door. HELP!?!!!?It's now August... They hung the door so that it is lighter... THANK YOU☺️! You listened. I am GREATFUL.

I used to LOVE coming here. Great service, somewhat cheap gas, plus good prices for soda. Then Andrew came along. White male, round 5'10, overweight, long brown beard. I went on 1/03 at 5:45pm to do something nice for my mom and get her gas. I went inside to pay with my credit card since I always have an issue with the pump card readers (my card was bent after I left it in my car over the summer). I told him I wanted $20 on 8 with credit. He asked to see id. Ive never been asked to see id so I told him I left it in the car but I will be right back. Then he responded with "Im not an idiot." Who in their right freaking mind think thats okay to say that to a customer?!?! I shouldnt be surprised from a punk kid who thinks its appropriate to wear a snapback to work. I left my purse in the car with my mom so I grabbed it and was going to yell at the jerk but he was goofing off and went to the back. Im not some homeless person or a young kid with their parents credit card. I got my gas from the female cashier and left fuming. I will happily drive the extra 5 minutes until he doesnt work there anymore. You're better than this Bad Buds.

Also, they are one of the only places I know that have free air for tires (that says a lot about their commitment to the community around them.)But here's why I'd give them six stars -- if that were a thing. I bought two of the same packaged food items one night. They were a good deal, so I bought two. When I tried them later that night, they had a strange taste that was really unexpected. I rarely take items back, but this concerned me for their other customers well-being. I threw the one opened bag out and brought back the identical for a possible refund and wanted to pass along my concern. The clerk who I returned them to was the same I purchased them from the previous night.He listened, was friendly, and get this.. refunded me the price for both bags. I know, that it was is supposed to happen right? Not always. Bad Bud's is keeping up the gold standard for customer service.
