Feedback:

Had a five-star experience I want to mention. Always competitive gas prices are a reason I stop by. Also, they are one of the only places I know that have free air for tires (that says a lot about their commitment to the community around them.)But here's why I'd give them six stars -- if that were a thing. I bought two of the same packaged food items one night. They were a good deal, so I bought two. When I tried them later that night, they had a strange taste that was really unexpected. I rarely take items back, but this concerned me for their other customers well-being. I threw the one opened bag out and brought back the identical for a possible refund and wanted to pass along my concern. The clerk who I returned them to was the same I purchased them from the previous night.He listened, was friendly, and get this.. refunded me the price for both bags. I know, that it was is supposed to happen right? Not always. Bad Bud's is keeping up the gold standard for customer service.
