I called about getting an estimate on some damage and the receptionist just kept transferring me to voicemails with out any information about were I was getting transferred to. I left a voice mail for one person called back again and she did the same thing with the same results. Now I've called 3 times the 3rd time I had to stop her and ask where she was transferring me and she was like "oh uh one of our advisers I just got here so give me a minute" like what?! if this is how they treat me with a simple question i could not imagine how the actual repairs will go. However when I FINALLY talked to an adviser she was really nice and super helpful.

I spoke with Charlie Pena over the phone regarding a truck I was interested in. He is very pleasant to talk to, so my wife and I stopped in to check it out. About 20 minutes of talking with Charlie we knew we were buying, absolutely no pressure and he made sure the experience was quick and easy. Aside from Charlie was Victor Cornelia. Couldn't have had a better guy handling the paperwork for the purchase. Two great guys that were great to talk to and made sure we left satisfied.

My husband and I needed an SUV and I am so happy with our experience at Sunrise. Brandon the internet sales manager had clear communication from start to finish. No extra gimmicks and straight to the point. He even delivered the car to our house and we signed all the paperwork there, all while social distancing, lol! It was the easiest car buying experience ever and I just wanted to express my gratitude! Thank you!

Sunrise ford service center is awesome. Called them and they gave me an appointment the next day! My wife went in for an oil change, they found a transmission leak and gave her a free rental car while they fix the leak. She didn’t even buy her car from them. She actually had bought it at Galpin. Galpin said they did even have any appointments available till the end of the month. Really?? Go to Sunrise for your service needs!

Nothing good to say about this location.The service dept. continues to go downhill over the last 5 years.Sure, nice enough but I was told my horn was broken. It wasn't. I was told I had to find parts since Ford didn't have them available for the age of my truck. The shop I wpound if fixing my vehicle did an AWESOME job. They showed me the horn works fine, It was a battery issue.I also looked at their sales dept. They will never provide a good deal. Too desperate to do so. WORST FORD DEALERSHIP in LA. They try to get customers to payoff their multi million rebuild over the last few years and they can't even pay to put the service guys indoors? Just WOW. Shop and service here at YOUR OWN RISK. This is the location for you if you have money to throw away and don't care about someone else feeding off of you.

They were able to complete the work the following day. One repair was a new key fob battery, $25.00 and the other was to remedy a recall the would prevent a fire from the engine, which was no charge.They were all fairly friendly and they wore masks. Would have appreciated a little exterior wash, just that extra touch is impressive. Takes 10 minutes and is really appreciated by the customers.I have found this to be the case in high end dealerships, maybe you should consider it, if not than you could ask for a service fee of $10?

The Manager, Deana I believe was her name, is an awful person. I don't have any idea why Ford would keep her employed. She is terrible at her job and made the entire place look bad. The service department people were kind, but ultimately extremely overpriced. I took my car into a local place that I trust that and moved further away. They quoted me the same repairs for $4,000 less. Don't trust these people with your car, it's not worth how close it is. Go to the place that is further away, because I promise it will be better. Sunrise Ford, don't bother replying to me. I've read your bs responses. If you actually cared you would fire Deana. She does not belong in customer service.

I purchased my vehicle at Sunrise Ford and have had my Ford Trucks serviced there for over 15 years. The technician was knowledgeable, there where a couple of recall items that they had in my file and where ready to take care of them that day. The truck was ready when promised at no cost to me (I purchased the service program with the truck).

I brought my 2013 Mustang new back in Oklahoma. I have only had it serviced by a FORD Delership. When I moved out to California I wanted to find the right dealership to take care of my Mustang. I found that Sunrise Ford really takes care of their customers and I know my car is in good hands.

This is re My 2017 Ford Explorer. In November '19 my front passenger door's auto lock/unlock stopped working. They diagnosed and found that the motor built into the door failed and needed to be replaced. When they got the part it took less than 2 hours to install and fix. April 2020 same exact thing to drivers door. I spoke to the service rep and the manager explaining that although its a different door, the exact thing happened before to the other door and I hoped this can help with the diagnostics. I provided the prior service record. Although they diagnosed within a few hours they told me that they don't have the part and it would take until the end of the week (it was Monday) to get the part and there could be delays. Three days later out of curiosity I called the next dealership over (within a few miles) and I was surprised that they had the part and they advised they had it for a while. I called the service rep and he sent his parts driver to pick it up. they installed the part the next day.I was extremely disappointed that Sunrise Ford was not diligent in finding a replacement part and took their sweet time in getting this repair done. Had I not called the other dealer there would have been an even greater delay.
