I am waiting for Fedex truck to come as I work from home and my window is facing the road. The truck came yesterday and the driver didn’t get down from the truck, and leave after looking at my parcel, noting attempt unsuccessful. So I request Fedex to come again the next day on 3/6/20. I started waiting in front of the door since 9am today and no delivery truck came; then I was surprised to see the status updated at 10:24am it was attempted and unsuccessful again. Tell me why should I use Fedex again with this type of service? None of the delivery truck came by, and attempt was unsuccessful?? And just force me to pick up myself even though we paid for you to delivered to door on priority over night?If I had the choice, I won't even be giving a 1-star, Fedex you deserve no star at all.
