Feedback:
The staff was really friendly and helpful. The Dr. reviews your paperwork then does an exam. After that you sit and learn the ins and outs of medical marijuana. Then he decides whether or not you should have it. Might add the Dr. is really good and friendly, to me that says a lot about the smaller Dr. offices like this one. I’d recommend it to everyone

Very caring compassionate staff. Very professional. Staff did their best to make you feel welcome. The visit did not take long yet the doctor was thorough in his questions as well as his concerns about prescribing medical. After my exam and discussion i was considered qualified. Far less expensive than several other mm clinics advertising. I would give them 5 thumbs up.

It was uneventful, in a good way. There was quite a long wait, though. You will see the nurse practitioner first, who will ask you some health related questions and take your vital signs, etc, the usual doctor appointment protocol. Then, the practitioner will collect payment. You will then wait for a few minutes. Finally, the doctor will see you. He'll ask you about your medical conditions and why you are seeking a recommendation for a medical marijuana card. He will ask if you have ever used marijuana for treatment. He will warn you of the dangers of driving while medicated. Then, he will fill in and sign his portion of the form, give you your change, if applicable, and you're all done. Pretty painless, really.

If you are coming from a different state with medical marijuana, the procedure in Oklahoma is so asinine you may want to just save your money. All this place does is give you a form that YOU must enter into the state’s website. That procedure is so crazy, you’ll end up bald (pulling out your own hair). The prices for an oz of mmj in Oklahoma is twice (or more) that of Colorado....think about it before you start down this road.

Not going to lie had a hard time finding the clinic just because it had a small piece of computer paper with the Leaf & Relief clinic written on it. So first thought was a bit of uhhhh hestitstion. However, once I was inside the Staff was very friendly and professional. I did have an appointment so It took me maybe 25 minutes to fill out the paperwork and to get back to have vitals done and actually speak with Dr. Swicord. He was very nice and straight to the point. Personally he have given me some advice on my own medical conditions which was nice considering some of the Medical Professionals I've seen don't really seem to be to intrested in their our patients, but didn't feel that way here. Its $150 to been seen and no hidden fees. I would definitely say Check it out ! Leaf and Relief Herbal Wellness Clinic for me anyways was a pretty good experience.

The service was great,wait was minimal around 20mins after setting up appt. 1 month out and I got my recommendation letter,Dr. Explained on new Medical Marijuanaprogram and mentioned how to use it and addiction he was very informative I'll recommend this place to others.

My visit was first thing when they opened. In and out in 30 minutes. Dr. Cauthen was thorough and caring about my needs and even suggested other options in addition to MM (counseling services, positive coping skills, etc..). I was a bit worried because there are a few people out there stating that this practice is not legitimate and that OMMA was rejecting and revoking these applications. This is not true. I was rejected once for my photo not being the correct format (no teeth showing, must have a white/off white background, no hair in face, and no glasses), I re-uploaded a new photo and was approved in 3 business days. Dr. Cauthen is in fact board certified and I recommend this place to anyone looking for a recommendation. You cannot beat $99 when others are charging $250+ just to be seen. Leaf and Relief also refunds you the $99 if you are not approved for a recommendation where others do not refund. Hooray for Oklahoma! What an exciting time in history to be alive.
