Feedback:

My visit was first thing when they opened. In and out in 30 minutes. Dr. Cauthen was thorough and caring about my needs and even suggested other options in addition to MM (counseling services, positive coping skills, etc..). I was a bit worried because there are a few people out there stating that this practice is not legitimate and that OMMA was rejecting and revoking these applications. This is not true. I was rejected once for my photo not being the correct format (no teeth showing, must have a white/off white background, no hair in face, and no glasses), I re-uploaded a new photo and was approved in 3 business days. Dr. Cauthen is in fact board certified and I recommend this place to anyone looking for a recommendation. You cannot beat $99 when others are charging $250+ just to be seen. Leaf and Relief also refunds you the $99 if you are not approved for a recommendation where others do not refund. Hooray for Oklahoma! What an exciting time in history to be alive.
