My experiences here have been pretty quick. Picking up online orders is always fast. Don't think you can get in line at the "flower" counter and pick out some bud then ask about oil. I was told that I was in the flower line. That she knew nothing about oil and made me wait in the oil line. I had to REWAIT to get another product. Budtenders that don't know what they are talking about, and lines for one type of product keep me from shopping here regularly. Green 2 go has staff that at least pretends (they do seem knowledgeable) to know what they are talking about. Online pick up will be who has the best discount. No stacking discounts is a bummer too. I'm allowed to stack discounts up to 20%off at the competition on the other side of town.

I put an order in yesterday and hours passed by and I received no text so I called and they said oh you can come in and wait in line and when we get to you we can look up the order”?? What’s the point of ordering ahead of time if I still have to go and wait in line. I Have always gone to green2go but figured I’d give this place a try but I will not be ordering from here again. I ordered today from green2go and in less than 10 minutes my order was ready for pickup and they were extremely busy!!! But still got it done and we’re fast.

I used to love this place because it was closer than the alternative but Nirvana's online ordering has really turned me off. The last few times I have put in online orders they didnt even get filled and I put the orders in hours before business closed. I have also waited in line for an online order and I might as well have gotten in the regular line because it took just as long! I used to think their pricing was decent to but I have done some shopping around in other areas and Nirvana is way overpriced!

Employees missed my online order. Okay no big deal. But when I showed up, they refused to even check their computer because they didnt believe me. I had to prove I made an order and that they missed it. Only for them to turn right around, find it on their computer, and then fill it without me reminding them what products it was. As in, it was right there, and they could have just checked.

Very impressed with the customer service by both staff and management. With all that is going on they are taking extra measures to keep customers and staff members safe. I felt really comfortable. They have people spaced 6’ apart while in lines, and the staff is working extra hard keeping the line flowing. When I arrived there were 6 people in line, it only took a few minutes to move us thru - it’s operation is A+. plenty of hand sanitizer and the service is always great when I come. Thanks again Nirvana for serving the Tri-Cities, you are by far my favorite venue for my medicine. A+ 5 star review.

Highest prices anywhere, often completely out of decent affordable vape carts. Very stingy with discounts. Do yourself a favor and save your money by going elsewhere. Extremely overpriced!Update: I left and went to Green2Go in Finley and got the exact same carts Nirvana wanted $40 for $23ea!

I've got my favorite budtenders, [who give excellent advice], (Kennedy & Tyler) and the product is always tasty and stony. The selection is quite vast, with new offerings on the regular and their Loyalty program is a delight, allowing you to earn up to 20% off certain purchases and offering several "value days" every week, which all help save a smoker a few bucks. Highly recommend. Enjoy.

I had no one to help me. I was standing in line for quite a while. I am not familiar with the products in this store and would have been nice if some one just acknowledge me or even tell me they will be with me in a second. So I ended walking out and haven't been back. I will go to the one in prosser next time. They at least say hello.

Today the budtender was incredibly rude, ignoring our spot in line for 4 turns and then laughing at me when I tried to call attention to being skipped. while it was very busy his behavior was very rude and unprofessional. we were then bumped around to 3 different registers. even green2go is more professional than this dispensary, very disappointing because while nirvana is right next to our home we will be driving out of our way.

Slow and Very confusing with multiple lines and no clear way to tell what line you should be in. I stood in the "flower" line for about 15 mins and when it was my turn the budtender motioned me to the "concentrate" counter I could tell she was annoyed when I mentioned it was my first time there. When it was time to cash out she passed me on to another guy and said he will take my money and walked off. Probably wont go back the shop in Finley has happier folks and is much more straightforward, you wait in one line talk to one budtender and cash with that same budtender also G2G is more efficient and more happy to assist me.
