Feedback:

Very impressed with the customer service by both staff and management. With all that is going on they are taking extra measures to keep customers and staff members safe. I felt really comfortable. They have people spaced 6’ apart while in lines, and the staff is working extra hard keeping the line flowing. When I arrived there were 6 people in line, it only took a few minutes to move us thru - it’s operation is A+. plenty of hand sanitizer and the service is always great when I come. Thanks again Nirvana for serving the Tri-Cities, you are by far my favorite venue for my medicine. A+ 5 star review.
