Customer service is so slow, stacked with the fact that they care little about you unless you are a medical patient or you pre-order online. We stood in the rec line as they took person after person back to back to back from that line, who all entered after us and in a ten minute period took zero from ours. With only three people ahead of me when I entered, 10 minutes gone and still two people in front of me I left empty handed. I will never return. Better places who cater to everyone.

I've Returned to knock 3 stars to 5! I normally give 3 stars without written review to a mediocre visit. Meaning neutral. 3 months ago I came, purchased, and left. Nothing made my experience worth sharing. It was like going into the gas station to buy cigarettes. 😴REDEMPTION is earned! I decided to try again. My sights set on something very specific🧐...nope no alternative... I wanted what I wanted... Substitutions not allowed. But the woman (forgive me I forgot your name tall, pretty, skinny, dark haired lady🤭🙃) who eagerly came to my aid was very apologetic that they didn't carry the item I so desperately hunted for. She had an alternate suggestion that was very close to what I wanted...but still I stood firm. Undeterred by my complete disappointment she was still more than willing to let me waste her time with a million and one questions about my new CBD regimen, and I was inclined to buy a tincture to add to it. She made my visit worth every minute even tho the only item I intended to buy wasn't part of their inventory... And Miss tall, pretty, skinny, dark haired lady.... I think I might try that voopoo pen after all 😉 #impacted

"Buyer Beware" is their policy when their quality on their bud falls flat. Super moist bud, smolders and sparks. At least hoped they'd replace part of it because this isn't preference-- this is bad bud. I'm so disappointed because I do like this dispensary, and their flower has been great. The one time I have an issue and bring it to their attention? "Not their problem" Boo.

Prices are ok. The set up is bad here. All of their products are pretty much behind the counter, and not entirely visible, so the only things you can pick out are what the staff recommends... and brings to the counter to show you..I bought two 50mg edibles here for me and my gf.. and neither one of us felt high off them... at all.. so it's also quite apparent that the products they carry aren't tested properly either..

Overall a clean store. Nice decor, but the set up for the products is horrible. First thing I noticed is there where no signs to point you in the direction of where you needed to stand in line, so I ended up standing in the ATM line for no reason. I wasn’t acknowledged with a hello/ welcome when I walked in. The bud tender said there was no physical copy of the concentrate menu, and that basically she was the menu. I was specifically after a Sativa. She recommended the strain Rude Boi, she told me it was a sativa, I wanted to check Leafly, but she seemed like she wanted to rush threw the check out process, and told me she was sure it was a Sativa. Turns out it’s not, and now I’m stuck with a product I can’t return. This place is like the doctors office, they want the most amount of money, with spending the least amount of time with you as possible. Needless to say I will not be returning. I prefer good customer service in my dispensary experience.

I have tried almost every dispensary here and Cannabis Nation is by far the greatest dispensary in Gresham and possibly Portland as well. Their flower is always extremely high quality, but they are very transparent about quality as they also have lower priced bud that is slightly less in quality usually due to age. Their wax/shatter is the best you can find and it is for the best price. I have been spoiled completely by their shatter selection and concentrates so much so in fact that I was OFFENDED today by some wax I bought from another dispensary for $14 because the quality was not even close to Cannabis Nation's line of shatter which is only $12(rec) and grown by them. Cannabis Nation's staff was incredible and very friendly I brought my father in law there and the bud we smoked is what he loved most about Oregon not the food not the incredible scenery the bud was what made him fall in love with Oregon. So, if you like edible hot sauce and insanely cheap good shatter go to this dispensary with a fat wallet and a big child safe ziplock bag.

Great selection and love going to see Travis!!! He makes the experience 100x better with his attitude and hospitality! Great place would definitely recommend!UPDATE 3/11Unfortunately all familiar faces are leaving and there’s only so many friendly people left. This most recent time going in the stuff I got apparently was “priced wrong” I was not told that until after the fact when I was being rung up. With how many times I come in I feel like especially since they had it listed they should’ve just honored the price this time and fixed it. Because of this it really makes me not want to go back. Mistake or not it wasn’t a mistake I made and felt like I shouldn’t have been punished for the error. I will for sure be checking out TJs on Powell for concentrates from now on.

I pre-ordered online. When I arrived there was only 1 person in line but I waited 15 minutes due to a girl with red hair who wouldn't stop talking to her customer. Being friendly with customers is extremely important but she was chatting for far too long about nothing that was related to the transaction. When I was FINALLY helped, the wrong product had been packaged so I had to wait even longer than I already had. What's the point of pre-ordering if you have to wait behind people to be served? There needs to be an express line for preorders and people who already know what they want and don't have a thousand questions. 1 good thing was the young man who served me. He was very friendly & quick. Don't know his name but he was great.

Why two stars? because the bud tenders are awesome and very friendly, why -3 stars? Because they decided they will no longer offer 10% veteran discount off house products after doing so for a couple of years. They Don't want me to support the house brand clearly. If you have the extra 5-10min drive go north up the road to NorthWest Compassion, very friendly tenders as well and great prices WITH the best return policy iv ever seen from a dispensary.
