Overall a clean store. Nice decor, but the set up for the products is horrible. First thing I noticed is there where no signs to point you in the direction of where you needed to stand in line, so I ended up standing in the ATM line for no reason. I wasn’t acknowledged with a hello/ welcome when I walked in. The bud tender said there was no physical copy of the concentrate menu, and that basically she was the menu. I was specifically after a Sativa. She recommended the strain Rude Boi, she told me it was a sativa, I wanted to check Leafly, but she seemed like she wanted to rush threw the check out process, and told me she was sure it was a Sativa. Turns out it’s not, and now I’m stuck with a product I can’t return. This place is like the doctors office, they want the most amount of money, with spending the least amount of time with you as possible. Needless to say I will not be returning. I prefer good customer service in my dispensary experience.
