Feedback:
Not very good for medical patients with loud music. Did get to go to the front of the line as a medical patient but overall very intense and impersonable. I felt anxious and rushed. Doesn't feel that it is designed for medical but rather recreational. Since they do recreational too, there are tons of people. No capsules at my dosage. Decor is excellent. I'll probably go back but stressful for me.

After an hour and a half of standing outside in the cold waiting to get inside we finally did. Let me say that I don’t personally smoke or use THC products myself so my review won’t be biased for that reason but my girlfriend does which is why I was here in the first place. Once we got inside we received a free promotional rolling tray and then brief instructions on how things work. After that we then had to register/signed in at the front counter in order to be allowed in back where merchandise is displayed and sold. A few things to know in advance to help the first timers is, 1st is that its cash only so green for the green but if you don’t have cash on you there are ATM’s you can use. 2nd is if you download their app you earn reward points for doing so plus you can see the current inventory and put together your shopping list in advance. I am extremely impressed with how safe, clean, organized and professional this place was and from what I saw I would definitely recommend this to anyone buying legally for the first time and unsure how it all works. Another helpful observation I noticed worthy of mentioning is that even though marijuana is now legal for all, you should still get a medical card if you want to simplify and improve your options such as, if you have a medical card you don’t have to wait in the long lines, you have access to the parking lot so you won’t have to park far away and then walk, and the selection and availability is far better then for those say without one. To prove this point, when we were there nearly all the edibles that were in stock were for medical use only even though there was plenty on the shelf within sight and yet without the card our selection was still very minimal at best. They just got recreational on there list last week prices are fair and they got good stuff here . And plus the discount from wedmap app . Great ppl here I went here at about 830pm before they closed there was a few mins wait other then that it was great budtenders had good information what they do have right now wowww what a ride. Good rec lava cake rocks 😁😁😁

We waited in line 3 hours then they closed on us. Gave us a voucher to cut in the line free the next day. The couple behind us told us that happened to them yesterday and they did not honor the ticket when they tried to use it. Will change the 1 star if they honor it tomorrow.*UPDATE*I went there today and they honored the voucher which included a 10% discount.

Waited in line 45 minutes and maybe 10 people went through. Then I left. Very slow. That's what makes it exclusive, right? At least I didn't drive for hours for this. Making people wait several hours after driving several hours will surely be a deal-breaker for many. It seems high-pressure to make customers invest so much of their time before they even see exactly what is being sold and at what price. I don't like it.Suggestions:It would be helpful if the waiting line had signs every so many yards indicating the wait time at that point. Something indicating whether it's 15 minutes, 50 minutes, or 5 hours from here. It's longer than you think.Online postings of the approximate prices, quantities and nature of the items for sale would be helpful. Is a packet of 10 mg gummies $10 or $100 or something else? How big and how many mg is a Wonka Bar and how much does it cost? I have no idea. The customer must learn on the fly and then make a decision. Again, high pressure. If the customer could have something already picked out and maybe a 2nd or 3rd choice in case the 1st is out of stock, then maybe it wouldn't take so damn long to process these transactions.

I've been going to them for years, long before they moved and combined at the new place. I've been to a lot of shops between lower Monroe were i live and this shop. None of them have the consistent, constant higher quality, in my opinion. I've wasted a lot of time and some money stopping at places closer to were i live. None have better quality, selection, knowledge.. And the prices are not out of line compared to other lesser shops.

Exactly t-crossing and I-dotting to satisfy any beurocrat, the staff are also congenial and knowledgeable, and very helpful. Jason was especially kind and considerate. The store is well-stocked with a variety of choices. The clientele is friendly and congenial, even when they may have to wait for a turn to enter the sanctum sanctorum to make a purchase. There is an ATM if you forgot to bring cash. No rest rooms for the public.

Been going to cannoisseur collective since they opened on State st.had 2 follow them throw 3 different building.🇺🇸 For years they had great top shelf Flower. Went there yeasterday trying to buy one O.Z. of supreme og. In the past i have bought for $350 to $400per oz. Now they are charging $65 per 1/8 No breaks so $600 per oz. Pure Greed. Its not bad enough that the State Tax is killing Us but lets Double are prices at the same time. They are Blaming there Rediculous price increase on licenced growers.they have 5 different flower 2 pick from but only sell thereTop shelve by the 1/8 Only.. doesnt matter how much u purchase. Screwing us days before it goes Legal 4 everyone. The Street Grower/ dealer are Loving this. NO GOING BACK good luck u guys are gonna need it..🇺🇸

I am a long time customer and love these guys. Great staff especially the ones that have been there since they were on state St. I love alot of thier house concentrates, also good selection of flower. Good prices on everything for Ann Arbor for ssure. Finally the main reason I would pick this dispensary over any other in Ann Arbor is they have a good selection of items no one else sells in the area at all having things no one else has is important to me as I'm picky and want certain things. They will continue to be my Ann Arbor go to for sure!!!

This is one of the best dispensaries I have been to. Top shelf products, new products weekly, and daily deals to beat anybody in town. The budtenders are very patient and takes the time to answer any questions I have and trust me I have a lot. I drive 5 hours to get here and will probably still continue to do it after we get dispensaries in Ohio.
