Waited in line 45 minutes and maybe 10 people went through. Then I left. Very slow. That's what makes it exclusive, right? At least I didn't drive for hours for this. Making people wait several hours after driving several hours will surely be a deal-breaker for many. It seems high-pressure to make customers invest so much of their time before they even see exactly what is being sold and at what price. I don't like it.Suggestions:It would be helpful if the waiting line had signs every so many yards indicating the wait time at that point. Something indicating whether it's 15 minutes, 50 minutes, or 5 hours from here. It's longer than you think.Online postings of the approximate prices, quantities and nature of the items for sale would be helpful. Is a packet of 10 mg gummies $10 or $100 or something else? How big and how many mg is a Wonka Bar and how much does it cost? I have no idea. The customer must learn on the fly and then make a decision. Again, high pressure. If the customer could have something already picked out and maybe a 2nd or 3rd choice in case the 1st is out of stock, then maybe it wouldn't take so damn long to process these transactions.
