I have had the opportunity to work with many companies in the past but the true winners are CarePartners. Their patient & family first approach is one of the many things that stands out immediately. I'm sure there are hundreds of options out there, but their truly is only one(CarePartners). Their team members are passionate and will customize the care according to you and your families needs. No issue is too big or too small for them to handle. They will respond to any situation faster and implement action immediately.The leadership team is amazing, and innovational which makes them a winner. They also have an affiliate company that provides Medical Transitional Care. If you ever need more than a caregiver they will gladly assist you with the proper medical team that can visit you in the convenience of your own home. Ie. Transitional care managed by phenomenal team of NursePractitioners and much more depending on the care level. I recommend CarePartners to anyone that wants to offer their loved one the absolute best company in Southern California.
