This review is more about our specific caregiver than the company itself, though they were very responsive when I contacted them- as a matter of fact I think it was one of the owners who answered the phone and he was in the middle of dinner with his parents! However, it Is the absolute excellence of the caregiver that prompted me to write this review. This is my moms second bout with cancer surgery, and therefore our second experience with needing home care. The agency I hired a couple of years ago was okay, no real problems. But this is a totally different experience! Our care person doesn’t just “watch” my mother, she engages with her, laughs with her, they were even singing once when I stopped by. This is the kind of extra quality that separates our caregiver from the others- hugely important as my mom has been somewhat isolated even before COVID-19. This has been 100% positive experience.

I have had the opportunity to work with many companies in the past but the true winners are CarePartners. Their patient & family first approach is one of the many things that stands out immediately. I'm sure there are hundreds of options out there, but their truly is only one(CarePartners). Their team members are passionate and will customize the care according to you and your families needs. No issue is too big or too small for them to handle. They will respond to any situation faster and implement action immediately.The leadership team is amazing, and innovational which makes them a winner. They also have an affiliate company that provides Medical Transitional Care. If you ever need more than a caregiver they will gladly assist you with the proper medical team that can visit you in the convenience of your own home. Ie. Transitional care managed by phenomenal team of NursePractitioners and much more depending on the care level. I recommend CarePartners to anyone that wants to offer their loved one the absolute best company in Southern California.

My mom has been receiving care from Care Partners since her brain injury in May 2017. Care Partners has been amazing. They have always found staffing that mom liked, they have been incredibly flexible and available, and are ready to step in when we need something extra. Additionally, they have counseled us and made recommendations as we needed other resources for mom such as an assisted living facility, or just had questions about the aging and recovery process. As an owner of the business, Randy has stepped in whenever something rose to his level and always made sure that we had a great resolution. My highest reco for this business.

Care Partners is awesome and working with Ben could not be an easier experience. He is extremely knowledgeable and so easy to communicate with. He has so much information about Senior Care, and is thoughtful and helpful, especially while navigating through the stressful experience of finding care for a loved one. Ben is one of those rare people who always speaks the truth and genuinely cares about others. Highly recommend working with Ben and Care Partners.

As a Physician who promises my patients nothing but the best, families often come to me asking my experiences in different fields when they have to make decisions. My experience comes from interviewing a company and patient feedback whose used the company. I was impressed when I interviewed Care Partners at Home but what impressed me even more is the constant positive feedback I get from patients. I have partnered with Care Partners in the business many times and the entire team starting with their leaders, have nothing but a heart of gold and are extremely compassionate. Randy, Rodney, and Ben truly do CARE about providing top notch in home care services. Their service is very person-centered and this why I appreciate aligning with them. I highly recommend their service to anyone out there needing an in home care service that pays attention to detail. They treat you like family and give it a personal touch. This is definitely a company you can trust with your loved ones.

I just wanted to take the time to say what a wonderful and professional team this organization has. In my experience in Healthcare I have encountered many organizations but not like Care Partners At Home. Angie is the Case Manager and she is very thorough and communicates to her patients and families. Monique is the Client Coordinator and she makes sure to provide the right staff member for each family. Ben is amazing! He meets with the patient and families, he evaluates if they would benefit from their services and if not he and his team work hard to guide them in the right direction and he is such a good resource for anyone that encounters him. Even Rodney who is the President engages with patients and families. In my experience its very rare when even leadership can connect to those they serve. I know if my patients and families choose to have Care Partners At Home provide them services they are in good hands.

Ben has been one of my go to guys for senior care help in the home for many years. His company is responsive, available and very helpful. He has helped quite a few patients of mine and has done a great job with them and their families in answering questions and finding resources and providing care.Thanks Ben 5 stars for a quick response.

My wife of 5 years, and Life Partner of 28 years before that, had Alzheimer’s. It affected her equilibrium and she would fall and hurt herself. She would forget and would get up and go without the walker. I was worn out... I was exhausted... and decided to move her to a Memory Care facility. Unfortunately the Memory Care facility helped but they could not give her the constant attention she needed. And she continued to fall. At this point I interviewed three companies that provide companions for seniors in need. I selected Care Partners of Irvine. That was the best choice ever!Not only were the care givers they sent me, excellent... caring, dependable, responsible and knowledgeable but the scheduling staff was prompt in making schedule changes that I requested.The staff at Care Partners would not stop until they found the perfect persons to give my love the one-on-one care that she needed... and her needs increased as time, and that horrible disease, took a toll on her old body. I cannot say enough about them. They made it easier for me and for my honey. I could go home knowing that she was in caring and capable hands; and she had someone who cared by her side at all times.My wife died... Alzheimer’s took care... I guess it would have been worse if she had lingered on...As to Care Partners of Irvine, I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. In addition to treating the customer well, they are also fair to their employees and the employees are happy working for the company. That is a recommendation in itself. Thank you Care Partners At Home....for being there in my time of need. Thank you for caring.

Care Partners At Home provided excellent service for my Mother during her last days at home. Benjamin was efficient and empathetic in guiding us through the process and was able to arrange the dynamic/angelic mother/son team to care for my Mother. Julie and John were kind and patient. I will be forever grateful for them being with us during this difficult time.
