I just wanted to take the time to say what a wonderful and professional team this organization has. In my experience in Healthcare I have encountered many organizations but not like Care Partners At Home. Angie is the Case Manager and she is very thorough and communicates to her patients and families. Monique is the Client Coordinator and she makes sure to provide the right staff member for each family. Ben is amazing! He meets with the patient and families, he evaluates if they would benefit from their services and if not he and his team work hard to guide them in the right direction and he is such a good resource for anyone that encounters him. Even Rodney who is the President engages with patients and families. In my experience its very rare when even leadership can connect to those they serve. I know if my patients and families choose to have Care Partners At Home provide them services they are in good hands.
