This review is more about our specific caregiver than the company itself, though they were very responsive when I contacted them- as a matter of fact I think it was one of the owners who answered the phone and he was in the middle of dinner with his parents! However, it Is the absolute excellence of the caregiver that prompted me to write this review. This is my moms second bout with cancer surgery, and therefore our second experience with needing home care. The agency I hired a couple of years ago was okay, no real problems. But this is a totally different experience! Our care person doesn’t just “watch” my mother, she engages with her, laughs with her, they were even singing once when I stopped by. This is the kind of extra quality that separates our caregiver from the others- hugely important as my mom has been somewhat isolated even before COVID-19. This has been 100% positive experience.
