Generally a loyal customer but here we go.I've been comming strictly to this dispensary the past year call me old fashion but I tend to be a loyal customer. As I got into dab cartridges it took me a minute to learn the ins and out such as keeping your cartridge upright to ensure it doesnt leak. The employees walked me through it and gave me appropriate advice when asked.... they also told me to bring things back when I have issues. I havent had issues now that I know how to properly store and use my pen. Due to the shutdown I picked up an extra cartridge to ensure I had one incase I was unable to return. The cartridge I picked up was never even used it completely leaked out before I was able to use it. In the past they've told me numerous times to bring things back? Well I called and asked and they are unwilling to do any sort of trade in. I have the packing but I'm missing the receipt. I was always under the impression they were kinda a family run kind of thing I mean they know me as soon as I walk in the door I was a regular customer in atleast a couple times a week hence why I was so loyal... but they won't because I lost the receipt? Understandable but they offered no other solution no trade in nothing. Despite promises made in the past. Yea I understand the receipt but the unwillingness to work with me and come to a resolution will have me going else where from here out.

This place is so great! The staff is like family giving out "Hugz & Nugz". The prices are lower than the Everett shops and the quality spread is good. What's great is right next to the shop is their glass and wear shop, so you can get great merchandise dirt cheap and a good selection of hardware and alternative CBD products. Come check them out and join the Cascade Kropz family.

Unfortunately their prices shot back up, you can get better deals lately at PRC who used to be overpriced. I called and got told that they don't do sales on any days which was a change to me. The attitude of the staff went from helpful to downright snobbish as well. Probably won't go out of my way to shop there anymore.Update to their comment: I always went to those guys for my oil, it used to be worth the extra drive north, but contrary to what they've claimed the oil would change prices from 10 to 15 dollars a gram. 10 was always with it not 15 however, but it's far better to just not take the extra drive unfortunately and just go to PRC, the tenders seem to just be friendlier, and care about the customer. It's unfortunate too because I used to be a huge fan and had a lot of personal word of mouth to spread, but that was after a second chance, I doubt you'll get a 3rd after the guy on the phone was very rude.

I've came in here for years to get all the goodies I enjoy. I even have a favorite strain that's been my go to. I couldn't smoke for about a year because of having a baby and was super stoked that you still had my hands down favorite. I have gone to other shops close by and have been unimpressed at best by the service I have received. But, I can always count on good service here. No matter how busy the place is each employee greets you with a great mood, lovely input and patience. I can't stress the patience enough. I have never once felt rushed, even if I have wanted to look at a dozen different products.

I absolutely love this place and hate it at the same time. I love it cause the prices are reasonable and fair. The product is absolutely high quality, even the cheaper stuff is high quality. They have a good selection and they even have a glass shop next door. I bought one of the best grinders I have ever had. The staff here are not pushy and they do not tell you what you want, they tell what they know and let you choose for yourself. The only thing that that I do not like is that they can not keep the product I like in stock cause they sell out to fast and they have a hard time getting more.

everything here is very organized and staff are very friendly. the prices however are not friendly. I ended up not purchasing here and drove to a nearby city and found same and similar products for half the price this store was selling for. will not pay 200.00 for a 22% ounce! I found a 25% ounce of a same product for 60.00 at a different store! will not go back unless they offer more competitive pricing.

Interesting little shops. First building I went in was for CBD products only. Employees very knowledgeable about available products. Gave me a sample. Second building was for cannabis with entrance to show ID. Very small counter area but employee went to another room to bring out a couple of products. Not recommended if you are claustrophobic. Small parking area and on high traffic street if you are interested in protecting your privacy. I only gave it a 3 because I am very claustrophobic and value my privacy.

It's the best experience of a dance for a first time for your birthday I went in the morning part and the night part and both very great people of service of dancing I only wish I had more money for the hour and half-hour but y'all generally speaking it's a great place to go to if you got money to blow and I care you spend it all all of the money you saved up for

This is the only place I've seen that is honest and open about their cannabis knowledge. None of the clerk's pretend to know anything they don't and they have no problem explaining anything they do know/are aware of. They aren't rude or pretentious about anything at all and they're very welcoming to everyone! There is even a ramp /it's handicap accessible! Definitely my favorite place.

Cascade Kropz is one of THE BEST dispensaries around. Family-owned, really educated budtenders, and they take debit cards. It works like an ATM and charges a $3.00 surcharge, but so worth it. There is also an ATM on site. The service is phenomenal. The entire staff is awesome. Also, they own Smokey Point Productions, which is one of my all time favorite brands.
