Feedback:

Generally a loyal customer but here we go.I've been comming strictly to this dispensary the past year call me old fashion but I tend to be a loyal customer. As I got into dab cartridges it took me a minute to learn the ins and out such as keeping your cartridge upright to ensure it doesnt leak. The employees walked me through it and gave me appropriate advice when asked.... they also told me to bring things back when I have issues. I havent had issues now that I know how to properly store and use my pen. Due to the shutdown I picked up an extra cartridge to ensure I had one incase I was unable to return. The cartridge I picked up was never even used it completely leaked out before I was able to use it. In the past they've told me numerous times to bring things back? Well I called and asked and they are unwilling to do any sort of trade in. I have the packing but I'm missing the receipt. I was always under the impression they were kinda a family run kind of thing I mean they know me as soon as I walk in the door I was a regular customer in atleast a couple times a week hence why I was so loyal... but they won't because I lost the receipt? Understandable but they offered no other solution no trade in nothing. Despite promises made in the past. Yea I understand the receipt but the unwillingness to work with me and come to a resolution will have me going else where from here out.
