1 visit. The staff was rude, they let people in ahead of other people and make you wait. I'm a hard of hearing person and explained to the staff outside that I needed a helper, which is my girlfriend to shop. She can get close enough to talk in my ear and interpret someone talking to me. They let my GF in and made me wait outside for 15 mins. When I did get in, I informed the staff of my need (while wearing a regular mask) and they laughed! They didn't care one bit. Told me I could go in with her and keep my distance. Please do not patron a store that humiliates disabled people out of ignorance.

I usually don't have a problem with this place but today was my last time I'll ever go here. It's not worth the stress! The workers working tonight were annoying an seems they only care about express orders- make sure to use express orders if you go here or you will be standing in line a long time while people keep jumping the line. Honestly, I prefer going to Perfect Union instead its much nicer and quicker. They have daily specials an give you money back on every order.

HOWEVER, I will say I dislike the new curbside pickup. 1. The Weedmaps website doesn't carry all of their product (usually missing the high quality flower and some other stuff). 2. There needs to be regulations with order and arrival of customers, i.e. I was passed multiple times by people using the curbside service, while I was waiting for 30+ minutes in 90 degree weather. Dude, don't do that. I understand if you use the express as a marker in line and the customers wait in their car, but to give them the ability to leap frog the rest of customers doesn't make me want to use Weedmaps, it makes me want to look for another dispensary. I'm a firm believer in first come, first served. Cut the online favoritism out.

One employee and the manager were very unprofessional. And very rude because they wouldn't let my husband and myself go in together. I am his care giver and they refused to let us in together. We have gone in since the placed opened and she treated us like we were nothing. I hope it wasn't because we were Mexican-American individuals.

On 1/24/2020 I purchased two platinum Vape cartridges. I noticed one of the cartridges was not giving any pull when I try to draw from it I then noticed that the cartridge was defective the coil band was broken off and loose. I return to the dispensary the next evening and explain to the manager that my cartridge was defective. I handed the cartridge over to the manager inside the box inside the box the cartridge and the two pieces were in a plastic tubing. The manager said he would take it to the back and check it out he returned and said he couldn’t help me because some of the product had been smoked of course with there was some product missing but the majority of the product was still in the defective cartridge. I explained to the manager that as a loyal customer he should either replace the cartridge or offer me some type of store credit. He explained that he can’t do that and maybe once the dispensary gets it together they’ll be able to offer that to customers. The manager was very professional but the bud tender that had nothing to do with our Discussion was very intrusive and condescending towards me. I informed the manager that I would like to have some type of contact information so that I can try and resolve this manner I am also going to contact platinum Vape since I did purchase purchase these cartridges during a vendor demonstration which I feel helps out the vendors as well as the dispensary. Informed the manager that I would just contact upper management but he was very reluctant to give me any information on how to contact someone. He returned my defective cartridge and I left the establishment, I decided to look in the bag to make sure that the cartridge was returned and noticed that only one of the defective pieces were included in the plastic sleeve Very suspicious I called the dispensary and was informed that they would look at the camera and look for the missing coil band I wanna call it I don’t know. I arrived at the dispensary approximately four minutes later and was told that they didn’t have the missing piece and I must have taken it out of the plastic sleeve and dropped it in my car that’s never happened essentially calling me a liar which is very insulting remember I am a valued customer to your business. I was told there was nothing we could do a very rude and abrupt manner. This really isn’t about the money this is really about the principal I can purchase from any other retailer and if my purchase is defective in any manner they will always do the right thing and either replace or fix this defective item. Manager told me that this is the medical marijuana business we don’t do stuff like that. He actually told me that if you purchase any type of medicine and it’s not the right type and you return it to the store They would not return or fix the problem, not true I am in aa metastatic breast cancer patient as well as a diabetic and I have occasionally had to return medication and was made whole again they never refused to accept medication so for the manager to be saying things like that I think it’s totally out of line. I still have not been able to contact or email any upper management because I have no email address I do have a website but it does not let my email go through. I will continue to fight for my rights as a consumer and a loyal customer of this dispensary. Hopefully upper management will see this review and do the right thing. I have been a customer of this dispensary for a few years and I have always had excellent customer service today the staff miss the mark they truly showed me that being a loyal customer means nothing and that they only care about profit. .

Don't trust weed maps. If you're looking for something specific call them I had a time before you go and waste your time. This Cub Sells everything at almost double the price of other clubs. If you're looking for a good club and don't mind the drive go to Valley Health options. The only reason I went to this one was because it was close by what a mistake! Just a finish out the staff are wonderful just wish their products weren't so damm expensive its 1995 in here..

I bought an eighth of 2 different strains. The more expensive of the two, the product was switched out with green, immature buds that have no odor. Also, the inner seal of the jar was obviously broken. This has happened more than once at CC101. I wonder if the owners know their Manager Ryan is screwing their customers. I'm so done with CC101. I will file acomplaint with the State of California, especially about their fake vape pens

I am a Brand Ambassador for a distribution company, and I love this shop because the bud tenders here are amazing! They will help you find exactly what you need! They are all very well trained and always give great recommendations! I love that all of the staff are well versed in cannabis and can competently help customers no matter what they come in for! Great selection of vapes as well & they always have Heavy Hitters in stock! I love doing demos here!

So I've been to this location a few times and have aleays been super nice and helpful. Today I called and spoke with Sara(h) and she was insanely helpful. It's always appreciated when the person on the other end of the phone doesnt make you feel like you are annoying and asking too many questions. That was not the case woth Sarah. Tyler the Bud Tender introduced me to an excellent deal, meandered around with me as I look at all the options like an excited kid, then of course came right back to the deal he first told me as the best option....very patient, courteous, and professional....a breeze to work with. As far as CC101....killer deals and top notch product however when ot comes to a dispensary it is about the bystander....Tyler got me!
