On 1/24/2020 I purchased two platinum Vape cartridges. I noticed one of the cartridges was not giving any pull when I try to draw from it I then noticed that the cartridge was defective the coil band was broken off and loose. I return to the dispensary the next evening and explain to the manager that my cartridge was defective. I handed the cartridge over to the manager inside the box inside the box the cartridge and the two pieces were in a plastic tubing. The manager said he would take it to the back and check it out he returned and said he couldn’t help me because some of the product had been smoked of course with there was some product missing but the majority of the product was still in the defective cartridge. I explained to the manager that as a loyal customer he should either replace the cartridge or offer me some type of store credit. He explained that he can’t do that and maybe once the dispensary gets it together they’ll be able to offer that to customers. The manager was very professional but the bud tender that had nothing to do with our Discussion was very intrusive and condescending towards me. I informed the manager that I would like to have some type of contact information so that I can try and resolve this manner I am also going to contact platinum Vape since I did purchase purchase these cartridges during a vendor demonstration which I feel helps out the vendors as well as the dispensary. Informed the manager that I would just contact upper management but he was very reluctant to give me any information on how to contact someone. He returned my defective cartridge and I left the establishment, I decided to look in the bag to make sure that the cartridge was returned and noticed that only one of the defective pieces were included in the plastic sleeve Very suspicious I called the dispensary and was informed that they would look at the camera and look for the missing coil band I wanna call it I don’t know. I arrived at the dispensary approximately four minutes later and was told that they didn’t have the missing piece and I must have taken it out of the plastic sleeve and dropped it in my car that’s never happened essentially calling me a liar which is very insulting remember I am a valued customer to your business. I was told there was nothing we could do a very rude and abrupt manner. This really isn’t about the money this is really about the principal I can purchase from any other retailer and if my purchase is defective in any manner they will always do the right thing and either replace or fix this defective item. Manager told me that this is the medical marijuana business we don’t do stuff like that. He actually told me that if you purchase any type of medicine and it’s not the right type and you return it to the store They would not return or fix the problem, not true I am in aa metastatic breast cancer patient as well as a diabetic and I have occasionally had to return medication and was made whole again they never refused to accept medication so for the manager to be saying things like that I think it’s totally out of line. I still have not been able to contact or email any upper management because I have no email address I do have a website but it does not let my email go through. I will continue to fight for my rights as a consumer and a loyal customer of this dispensary. Hopefully upper management will see this review and do the right thing. I have been a customer of this dispensary for a few years and I have always had excellent customer service today the staff miss the mark they truly showed me that being a loyal customer means nothing and that they only care about profit. .
