Other dispensaries could learn a few things from this staff. Absolutely wonderful, from customer service to product. My first visit was awesome. Left there with vapes and flower that were dope, the Rhythm selection is so good and packed in glass which is a nice touch. Lots of personalized, thoughtful attention to me and my preferences. After my second visit I realized I had an issue with a couple of the products and contacted them. The response from Devin was supportive, concerned and helpful. He invited me back after a thoughtful discussion with Eric I was provided with extras that really exceeded my expectations and helped to adequately treat my symptoms. Howls Tincture is the highest level of medicine. And the kitchen here kills it, the edibles are delicious. Even the best dispensaries will face unpredictable challenges; the way their staff handles those issues with a customer is the defining difference between them. And in my opinion, at this time, Central Ave is top shelf. Those guys are awesome. I just left there yesterday with a lot of product and it feels good to be stocked with strong medicine. Thanks everyone at Central Ave! See ya soon!
