Feedback:

Friendly staff that make banking understandable and simple. Their network of co-shared branches and surcharge free atms allow easy and convenient access to funds wherever. For example, I've come across a credit union once while passing through downtown San Jose, remembered it being a co-shared location, and was able to make a deposit without even looking for one. Even when I lived in Washington state around the Vancouver/Battleground area, the boonies in comparison, I was able to use the IQ Credit Unions which were the more common banks in the area in addition to a few others I had access to. Having looked into the offerings of other credit unions, I see no reason to switch and may stay a member for life — or at least the foreseeable future.
