Beware of incorrect reportings to the credit bureau. They’ve done this to me three times now. I’ve now contacted them three times regarding this error. The first two times they’ve admitted the error was there’s-as my account has always been in good standing without any late payments. Yet, still every few weeks they report my account as delinquent, which dings your credit score by almost 100 points. Mind you, all of this is happening amidst COVID. I can’t imagine how they are treating people that are having issues paying their bills during this trying time. Would NOT recommend. Save yourself lots of trouble and credit ruin.
