Been going here for about 8 months now. Great place and great people. I dont think I've ever paid full price for anything because if you play your cards right they have discounts every single day on somthing plus extra 10% off four days of the week for the early birds. Hook you up on the holidays I really can just go on and on about this place. I been to the airport spot as well quite a few times and other than size of the shop not one difference in my satisfaction when I walk out the doors. Almost got enough rewards points for my free gift off the big list they let you pick from.

I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS DISPENSARY SIMPLY BECAUSE OF THE RUDENES AND DISRESPECTFULNES OF THE BUD TENDER LARISSA. Me and my friend were in Portland for business. Decided to check this place out. The girl that was helping us Larissa was busy on her phone and when we asked a question she looked at us like we were BOTHERING her gave us a huge attitude like she was doing us a favor or our money didn't matter here. LONG STORY SHORT WE WALKED OUT . On out way out a very sweet girl with purple hair tried to make us stay but it was too late. Maybe management should WEED Larrisa OUT and have the other girl who was much friendlier and attentive run the show. NEVER GOIN BACK AND TELLING ALL MY FRIENDS ABOUT IT. DONT GIVE UR MONEY TO A PLACE WITH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Pretty shop but staff don't care about your biz - and you have to walk through some dirty steps on Naito sidewalk to get inside. I went in after seeing their Grand Opening signs. Brought a 'new' person to the rec world to see what it was like... wrong place to take them. The staff member (dark hair gal worked sunday) wasn't rude and answered my question even though short. When I asked where the name "Chalice" comes from in why they named the business, she said she didn't know and it was about a cup. Right. Got that part. Oh well. My friend and I both agreed, it felt like she could care less and just wanted to move on to the next customer. Was NOT the friendly budtender you find in most every shop these days. I will never go back for just that reason.

This is where Cannabis goes to DIE!!! Corporate corporate, corporate corporate corporateness! First question-Can you spend half the time you do on the design and invest in a few more flowers? Not for nothing but you are a CANNABIS DISPENSARY, you may want to consider dispensing some cannabis haha! Like how do you stay open downtown with that selection? Incredibly overpriced, staff was borderline rude, and not overly knowledgeable... Not sure what is worse, this or Nectar........ Nope-this!
