Feedback:

Pretty shop but staff don't care about your biz - and you have to walk through some dirty steps on Naito sidewalk to get inside. I went in after seeing their Grand Opening signs. Brought a 'new' person to the rec world to see what it was like... wrong place to take them. The staff member (dark hair gal worked sunday) wasn't rude and answered my question even though short. When I asked where the name "Chalice" comes from in why they named the business, she said she didn't know and it was about a cup. Right. Got that part. Oh well. My friend and I both agreed, it felt like she could care less and just wanted to move on to the next customer. Was NOT the friendly budtender you find in most every shop these days. I will never go back for just that reason.
