Feedback:

I needed to get checked for a uti. Went to the urgent care at 7:15am for when they opened at 7:30. It took 3 hours to get into an exam room. At this point I was fine. I have been to enough urgent cares to know that it takes a really long time. I then sat in the exam room for 2 hours without anyone coming to me. I finally got up and went to find someone. The place was empty. Finally got a nurse and found out that the doctor assigned to me left for lunch an hour earlier! I convince them to give me a urine cup so I can have a sample ready. Within a half hour the doctor came in, confirmed my infection and told me that a nurse would be in soon to give me the prescription. I didn't get out of that exam room until another half hour at 1:30 because the nurse didn't know what was going on- she still thought I needed to see the doctor and get the urine tested! Then I FINALLY head over to the pharmacy to get the prescription filled. They tell me it will be 30-45 minutes! I have NEVER been treated this horribly by a medical service and I grew up on welfare so I know how crappy it can be. Do not, I repeat DO NOT go here
