What a joke. This is my father’s primary care facility and after going in weeks ago for bloodwork we cannot get the results. The doctor was supposed to call us and scheduled a phone appointment... never called. We’ve been following up for a week and the doctor will not call us, yet when someone does call, they’re not a doctor and cannot discuss results. This place is the worst. Do not waste your money or time.

To the woman who commented about the receptionist at dental, you are absolutely correct. Please get rid of her. She deserves no job with her nasty attitude. Avoid this hospital like the plague. How they have a 4.1 is beyond me. They are absolutely disrespectful and they never care about your time. You have an appointment at 130? Nope, more like 4 by the time they see you. They are always unapologetic and extremely rude. Please revoke their services mediCAL, this place is a joke!

Seen a Dr. Lisa Lopez, who immediately yelled me out of the room while I was on a visit with my fiancé, called me another persons name. When she called me back into the room to discuss my fiancé issues, I asked her if she was going to be mean and yell at me. She immediately talked over the top of both me and my fiancé when we were trying to explain conditions. When she left the room she had security come and stare us both down. I ask him to please not stare at us and I shut the door, he opened it and made very rude comments to both me and my fiancé. Without getting the treatment that we were seeking and discussing continued care for her plantar and heart palpitations problems. She intimidated us with security until we both left the building. All because she created the two of us by yelling at me. What a self centered angry doctor. Has no care in the world for her patience and tends to find them annoying if they question her in any way. I recommend you stay far far from this place. If I could give negative stars I woul. How rude. I have never. Me being a professional process engineer have never seen this type of treatment by a doctor Lopez in my life. Unprofessional!! Uncaring!!

This is the best group of doctors that I have ever visited. All my life I have had a heart problem that high priced doctors could not be bothered to diagnos. It was discovered and is being treated by this group as well as my high blood pressure and every illness. I am so happy to have dicovered this place. And especially my personal doctor, Dr. Hummelbaugh.

I am a current patient here, so I visited the clinic yesterday because I didn't feel good at all (I had headaches, body aches, discomfort in muscles and joints, weakness and fatigue). I waited for more than four hours just to hear that the PHYSICIAN LISA LOPEZ did not have time for those on the waiting list (why didn't they tell me before?!). I showed up today again, and I finally saw this "lady" who was not helpful at all. LOPEZ WAS RUDE!!! She just said, "oh some of these symptoms are already in the system", and didn't do anything!!! A car crushed me from behind last month, and my neck was hurting, but SHE DIDN'T CARE. I asked for tests or exams to check what was going on, but she refused to give me any order. I asked her to examine my body which she did, but she didn't do it in a professional empathetic way. After all these and almost 30 mins of begging for assistance, she just agreed to do a physical. What class of physician is she? She doesn't even know me! I don't deserve the way I was treated. I won't see this "physician" anymore.

I needed to get checked for a uti. Went to the urgent care at 7:15am for when they opened at 7:30. It took 3 hours to get into an exam room. At this point I was fine. I have been to enough urgent cares to know that it takes a really long time. I then sat in the exam room for 2 hours without anyone coming to me. I finally got up and went to find someone. The place was empty. Finally got a nurse and found out that the doctor assigned to me left for lunch an hour earlier! I convince them to give me a urine cup so I can have a sample ready. Within a half hour the doctor came in, confirmed my infection and told me that a nurse would be in soon to give me the prescription. I didn't get out of that exam room until another half hour at 1:30 because the nurse didn't know what was going on- she still thought I needed to see the doctor and get the urine tested! Then I FINALLY head over to the pharmacy to get the prescription filled. They tell me it will be 30-45 minutes! I have NEVER been treated this horribly by a medical service and I grew up on welfare so I know how crappy it can be. Do not, I repeat DO NOT go here

If you're reasonably healthy and set up appointments instead of using the walk-in clinic, this is actually a pretty decent place to go. It's cheap, and many things are free if you're on medi-cal, and the workers seem caring and professional. That said, appointments need to be made at least 2 weeks in advance, and the doctor might not have that much time to see you if they have a lot of patients waiting.Basically, it's not a bad place, but it's also not a good place to go if you have serious health problems and/or need to be seen frequently or need a lot of one on one time. I didn't have to wait very long during this visit, but when I used to use the walk-in clinic, it would take hours.
