Feedback:

If I could give no star, I would do it because of extremely long waits, lack of empathy, and RUDE staff and PHYSICIANS! Unfortunately, my insurance doesn't cover other health centers near me. I am a current patient here, so I visited the clinic yesterday because I didn't feel good at all (I had headaches, body aches, discomfort in muscles and joints, weakness and fatigue). I waited for more than four hours just to hear that the PHYSICIAN LISA LOPEZ did not have time for those on the waiting list (why didn't they tell me before?!). I showed up today again, and I finally saw this "lady" who was not helpful at all. LOPEZ WAS RUDE!!! She just said, "oh some of these symptoms are already in the system", and didn't do anything!!! A car crushed me from behind last month, and my neck was hurting, but SHE DIDN'T CARE. I asked for tests or exams to check what was going on, but she refused to give me any order. I asked her to examine my body which she did, but she didn't do it in a professional empathetic way. After all these and almost 30 mins of begging for assistance, she just agreed to do a physical. What class of physician is she? She doesn't even know me! I don't deserve the way I was treated. I won't see this "physician" anymore.
