Great service, when their prices went up my husband was $5 short and the "bud-tender" took five out of their tip jar to cover it. My husband informed me that I was mistaken about his visit that day, so my apologies...and here's the corrected version...when the bud-tender reached in the tip jar to get the $5 my husband was short he actually took out $10, and told him it was on them this time. My husband tried to give him the five he had, but the young man said, "keep your money. We got it this time!" Unbelievable kindness that will never be forgotten! Thank you

Stopped by Cloud 9 for the first time last night. The service was good. People were nice and informed.I'm giving 3 stars for 3 reasons. 1. This is the only dispensary I've EVER been too since they became "normal" that didnt give new, or first time customers some type of gift. (Pre-roll, free gram, ect)2. They didnt have any of their flower on display to take a good look at outside the jars before purchasing. 3. They only let 2 customers in where the product is at time, and any others have to wait in the lobby until called.Regardless of these small things, Cloud 9 is a solid, affordable dispensary.(Although I do think they should join the party and start giving new patients and customers a free gift)

I strongly do not recommend this place. Walked away as fast as you can. It was my first time at cloud 9. One of my customers suggested them to me. I went there to buy a wax cartridge and I specifically told the salesman that I must have a bottom airflow cartridge in order to work with my battery. I went home, Opened the package and immediately noticed that it was the wrong kind of cartridge. I also noticed that the wax was completely black in color. The next day I decided to visit cloud nine and replace what I was given by mistake. I hated the drive back, but I had no choice. I arrived around 8:30 PM and spoke to Ashley the manager. Ashley insisted that it was that dispensary policy not to return any items. I drove all the way to cloud nine twice, paid $35 for half a gram and ended up with NOTHING!. I would never recommend this place again to any of my customers their service is poor and the quality of their product is lousy.

Hi everyone! I was a new customer at this store and i have to say my experience was not that great. The people were nice and the facility was clean which i really liked however their product line of flowers were horrible. I purchased a small amount of indica flowers due to me being a beginner smoker. With this purchased i received a free vape pen which was awesome. The downfall started once I got home to test their flower product. Purchasing from their top shelf, I had smoke 2g out of an 8th just to feel a little something. I would think with me being a new to this it would take a lot less than that for me to feel anything. After being frustrated i completed trashed the flowers because even though they may look good the taste and effectiveness was horrible. In hopes that the free vape pen would be better unfortunately it was not. The vape pen did not work at all. After calling and exchanging the vape pen thinking hey my experience is about to get better it was not. The exchanged vape pen i received only worked for a very short amount of time. I called the store to notify them of this and i was js told okay and bye. There was no concern with the quality of their product. I would not recommend anyone to go to this dispensary due to the quality of their products. If anyone know of any better dispensaries please reply to this post. Thanks! 😊

First time there, recommended by one of my co workers. Got there, no wait, fast app process..once in there staff was very helpful, cool, informative, even made me laugh. Great product for the price, picked up an oil pen and loved it..also picked up a half, half indica, half sativa...Loving that to. Definitely going back on a regular basis. First time in a dispensary in years and they were totally nice and professional and knew their stuff or atleast the girl who helped me did. The prices were good and so was the quality! I was only planning to spend 20 bucks but ended up spending 100 cause they had so many good strains I just couldn't pass it up! I'm happy with them and will definitely be coming back again to try the popcorn and some more northern lights :D

i was recently diagnosed w/ a lung disease. ouch. badd news for a tough guy like me, whit such an active lifestyle.I want to talk about the cbds and my sick dad. kj was a budtendor who performed his duties beyond ultra max quality. My dad, sick, helped me find this place and the cbd edcuation was great. Now it's easier for me to go about my usual day. I'll be back soon love you guys
