Feedback:

I strongly do not recommend this place. Walked away as fast as you can. It was my first time at cloud 9. One of my customers suggested them to me. I went there to buy a wax cartridge and I specifically told the salesman that I must have a bottom airflow cartridge in order to work with my battery. I went home, Opened the package and immediately noticed that it was the wrong kind of cartridge. I also noticed that the wax was completely black in color. The next day I decided to visit cloud nine and replace what I was given by mistake. I hated the drive back, but I had no choice. I arrived around 8:30 PM and spoke to Ashley the manager. Ashley insisted that it was that dispensary policy not to return any items. I drove all the way to cloud nine twice, paid $35 for half a gram and ended up with NOTHING!. I would never recommend this place again to any of my customers their service is poor and the quality of their product is lousy.
