Chris Coy, West Lake Tapps·Just nowI used them this time. Wont do it again. Called at 35% on a Tuesday, they said they would be coming Thursday. This would be the day before it snowed but they didnt come. I called Monday And the lady was very rude!!! She said you know when you call its and least a week out (never has been before) and also said YOU DO KNOW WE ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF A SNOW STORM RIGHT! Yes that's why I called ahead of time... Meanwhile my tank was down to 1% had to turn the heat down to 60 in the house and use a couple space heaters. They charged me the day I called on the 5th for an estimated amount of propane I needed and did not deliver until the 16th. And didnt even fill my tank only filled the estimated amount i needed 11 days prior while temps were in the teens. so they filled it up to 65%.. Wow, no apologies or anything. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE

Very poor customer service, insufficient trucks/drivers to reliably provide residential propane delivery. Have waited 10days+ on several occasions for delivery. Can't trust if or when they will show up and they don't seem to have any sense of urgency or concern about your status. If you call with 20% left in the tank, they think you're fine for 2-3 weeks. Been a long-time CHS customer and I'm extremely disappointed in how the company has regressed.

CHS has been great for last 18 years but this year is a different story.My tank was at 12% on Friday when I ordered and dispatch said delivery would be on Monday or Tuesday. Well both days came and went and no delivery so I patiently waited and called back on Thursday and got a bunch of bulls..t. CHS claimed that they told me that they were running over a week behind they did not, they are lying. Now I am at 7% and in danger of running out with delivery for next Monday. Strangely they have time to come out tomorrow if I am willing to pay $100 but they didn't have time to get me on my areas scheduled date. I hope I last the weekend, This the only time I've this bad service with them. 3.5 Rating

IT'S TIME TO RETIRE!!! The lazy old farts running this joint leave early regardless of what the posted hours are. We arrived before closing time on a Thursday, headed out of town for the weekend in our motorhome and needed propane. Do you think any one of the three working there would help? Hell no! They were already walking out the door and told me "it's quittin' time, we're done for the day!" They could care less about the customer. CHS, please replace these turds with someone who has a little integrity and decency.

The lady there is not helpful at all, we take large propane’s to fill up never hesitates to help, my sister damanged her back while she tried putting the tank of propane in the back of the truck while everyone that workes there just watched, my sister had to ask a stranger that was filling up gas to help her out. Really disappointed bad service and bad people

Great Customer Service!!!Best Price to fill our propane tanks at $1.89 per gallon!We have used to Heat our home with propane delivered by CHS for many years!Delivery driver was always extremely friendly and accommodating!We now Upgraded to PSE natural gas, but however still use to fill our portable propane tanks at CHS in Auburn location!They have best price in Puget sound!

I like doing business with small local companies. The employees are friendly and helpful. The cost of propane here is always much less than anyone in town. I thinknthey have a winter schedule where they are closed in the weekend but durinh thebsummer months they open on Saturday. I like that a business lets their employees have Sunday off. I will continue to do business with CHS.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!This company is the worst. I purchased a house earlier this year and contacted them because they set up a temporary tank along side the house with a black rubber hose that was there for at minimum 18 months. I was told by the office staff that the permanent tank was damaged by a rock from the retaining wall, then was accused by John P. that I was making up the story. How would I have ever known if I wasn't told by the office staff? Then John P. comes out to the house to discuss options and could not tell me why a temporary tank was still there for so long, they should be responsible for following up with a temporary tank with the previous owners to reinstall a new permanent tank, but they failed. It was found on that day that the black rubber hose was leaking propane, this type of equipment cannot survive the harsh Washington weather. Then because I didn't like what John P. was offering and I decided to use another company, John P. called King County and made a complaint about the installation of my new propane tank. This is not only childish but not the way a business should be run, in my opinion you could get better service and professional staff from any of the other big propane dealers out there.
