DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!This company is the worst. I purchased a house earlier this year and contacted them because they set up a temporary tank along side the house with a black rubber hose that was there for at minimum 18 months. I was told by the office staff that the permanent tank was damaged by a rock from the retaining wall, then was accused by John P. that I was making up the story. How would I have ever known if I wasn't told by the office staff? Then John P. comes out to the house to discuss options and could not tell me why a temporary tank was still there for so long, they should be responsible for following up with a temporary tank with the previous owners to reinstall a new permanent tank, but they failed. It was found on that day that the black rubber hose was leaking propane, this type of equipment cannot survive the harsh Washington weather. Then because I didn't like what John P. was offering and I decided to use another company, John P. called King County and made a complaint about the installation of my new propane tank. This is not only childish but not the way a business should be run, in my opinion you could get better service and professional staff from any of the other big propane dealers out there.
